Bought a complete hozelock hose.after a year the stretch hose leaked.tried to get replacement hose as didn’t want to fork out on complete set.just could not find one on line so wrote to customer services. After sending photos and explaining what I needed and what had happened .hozelock sent me a replacement free of charge How good is that.no fuss no excuses.thats what I call living up to a good reputation Considering I have posted some bad reviews on here.how refreshing to write one actually praising a company

Angel dealt with my query with great efficiency and was very prompt in her response a first class service from Hozelock dealing with my warranty claim

I had a problem with an item bought 9 months ago but I no longer had the receipt. It was the first time the item was used and so I rang customer support who were happy to replace the item as gesture of goodwill. The lady was very pleasant and considerate and the item was posted straight away.

Just what you would want from a pond pump supplier - pump worked perfectly for three years and two months then electricity tripping problems began. Investigations by the retailer found no problem and Hozelock agreed to replace the pump as a gesture of goodwill. Highly recommended. Gary

I emailed Hozelock at the weekend about a problem with the hose got a response on the Monday from customer services. A lady appropriately named Angel as it turns out, it's now only Tuesday and the problem is rectified very happy Des.

I had a problem with my expanding hoze and Hozelock responded very quickly and replaced the hoze under their 5 year guarantee. Excellent service. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you

Needed to buy extension lance so it can be used without overspray on algae / moss etc on a patio. Issues: - Parts expensive - should be included with sprayer - Replies to chat and email state 5 to 10 days before a reply - Telephone contact gave incorrect answer re: parts to order, hence a wrong part ordered - Correct part not easily found on website THE GOOD: - Email / chat replies within 2 days with correct info - Telephone response quicker than my 'average' experience - 2nd telephone contact refunded incorrect part and offered to ship correct part free - Incorrect part arrived but 3rd phone call resolved the issue Summary: Customer service from spares department good but expensive parts needed to support the purpose of the sprayer. Update: spare filter missing from sprayer. Requested one, 2 arrived quickly. Great service.

Issue with hose retracting which was dealt with very well. Felt like a valued customer through out. Keep it up very good customer experience

I love my hosepipe so light and easy to use and store, unfortunately it did burst but was under warranty so I contacted hozelock via amazon who dealt with my problem quickly and politely and sent me a new hosepipe, great service

I quickly spoke to a real person - none of this unhelpful chat bot nonsense. He guided me firmly and patiently through our repair options and basically told me what to do. He offered me follow up options and was clear and easy to understand at all times. Brilliant level of support- thank you Hozelock!

Expensive and terrible product design and poor customer service. Always beware when you open the box to find a fuzzy A4 instruction sheet which says ignore what is on the box and do this! The 2390 leaks like a sieve...2 returns later, many emails and 2 call attempts and I'm done. Even approached the big shiny Hozelock display at the Hampton Court Flower Show and they were less then useless. And I even had to tell Hozelock what their design issue is !!! Pretty horrible experience and won't use them now.

Having reported a problem with an auto rewind reel hose it was quickly responded to and actioned. The support provided was 1st class and I would recommend Hozelock as a customer caring company. Thank you.

Bought a Hozelock auto reel. Great product unfortunately the spring went. Contacted hozelock and their customer service was excellent, friendly, quick and sending a replacement out quickly. Thankyou!!

Excellent customer service. I reported an issue I had with 2 of my Smart Controllers on line and, after exchanging a few details via email, less than a week later brand new replacement units had been delivered. I could not ask for better service, well done.

Everything about my phone call to Hozelock customer service was different from most others insomuch as nothing was a problem that couldn't be sorted. Angel dealt with my query friendly and professionally. Problem? What Problem! Thank you

I recently made a warranty claim when my hose developed a leak after 3 years of use. The customer service was excellent and I received a replacement hose within a week. Great service thank you.

I received exceptional customer service from Hozelock recently. I experienced an issue with an expanding hose we bought less than a year ago. I contacted them and provided them with product information for them to check and it was fortunately still under warranty, so they agreed to supply another item in replacement. This has been such a refreshing experience of customer service as we used to know it. Thank you Tim for your swift communication and for sorting out this issue for us.

Unfortunately, my Hozelock auto reel became faulty during the five year guarantee period. I reported it to customer services who reviewed the problem and immediately sent me a replacement. Excellent company to deal with.
