Our expanding hose sprung a leak! I was pretty disappointed as I love it. Looked up how to fix and found out on the Hozelock website it wouldn't be possible (because of the design particular to the expanding hose). But their website said to email them about it. I did so, and lo! A new hose is in the post. Couldn't be happier really, as we'll get a nice bright and shiny yellow hose. Thanks Hozelock.

Excellent service. I bought the hose 4 years ago and it recently broke. I had registered the 5 guarantee and within days they sent me a replacement hose. Great product and very helpful

I only purchased Hozelock for the 5 year warranty and just after a year retractable hose stopped working! I registered this with them with in the month for 5 years warranty with proof purchase and they accepted my registration, then when it came to claim they have no interest in with Holden the warranty that you have registered even they fined you on there system! they can back saying the company was not there recommended supplier and they held no responsibility for the poor product they supplied! Stay way big scam for a big name company

Select hose Poor quality hose weak structure do not leave connected to to water supply it will burst.

My expandable hose unfortunately broke in the middle but was still under warantee. Excellent customer service from Hozelock. Very good communication and hose replaced after providing proof of purchase. Expandable hose more expensive than the normal hose but well worth the extra money. Would thoroughly recommend.

30mtr Superhoze purchased Aug 21, It was stored in a wooden shed over the winter and bought out to use in March since when it is neatly wrapped around a hose wheel when not in use. The inner hose split so contacted Hoselock as 5 year Guarantee. Ebony was so helpful and although not happy about the failure, the response was very very good, Well done Ebony.

excellent service, i reported a small issue direct to Hozelock, expecting the usual apology and a token guesture but tbh Tim at Hozelock completey suprised me with what he did and replaced the whole item, this is very much appreciated, going up above and beyond for customer service, Hozelock - highly recommended for after sales support.

Ebony has truly gone above and beyond. I had a hosepipe from Hozelock and I thought I’d lost my receipt, can’t remember when I bought it or how long the warranty was. Ebony on twitter, then on email guided me through everything and thankfully I had everything I needed to receive a new one within days. I can’t thank her enough and she is credit to the Hozelock company, take a bow Ebony.

Reported my hozelock was leaking. Sent the evidence off , Spoke to Ebony who was fantastic and gave great customer service , and put a new one in the post that day What more could you ask for Thanks

We had a fault with our hosepipe after 13 months and contacted Hozelock. Their communication was excellent and Ebony dealt with our issue promptly and we have been sent a new hosepipe. Excellent company

I had replaced 5 UV bulbs on my Easyclear 3000 pond filter within 2 weeks as the UV light could not be seen ( at night). Customer service replaced the pond filter under its 3 year guarantee. It was very easy dealing with them. All is brilliant now. That probably explains why myself and my family always buy Hozelock. Not just the quality but also the service they give. Thank you
