A seemingly perfect new union was leaking. After emails and a phone call they sent a replacement part. I was sceptical it would be any different but it worked! I was acting on behalf of an elderly friend but did not have to provide proof of purchase, etc. Great service.

Retractable mechanism broke - luckily 2 days before the 12 month warranty ran out. I was asked to provide photographic proof and immediately a whole new hose reel was sent to us. This was a relief, these things are expensive. Nice to have a " no quibble" policy. My only criticism having read other reviews, is that these things seem to break rather early on in their lives.

Used Hozelock for many years and very happy with auto retract hose reel. Unfortunately the rewind mechanism "broke' shortly after the guarantee period. we still have one functioning. Hozelock Customer services (UK based!) were excellent. listened and offered s solution which we were very happy with. Thank You

I had an issue with a leaking hose. Contacted Hozelock and they agreed to send me a replacement. It could not be easier and really nice to have a company that wanted to deliver great customer service. Many thanks

So helpful and understanding and honoured warranty. I was able to provide details of number and labels on original packing as I had lost receipt but knew when and where purchased. My hose was replaced under the terms of warranty as stated on the box. Very polite and easy to contact. Thank you to Chloe and Lucy

Took a while and lots of correspondence requests, but eventually received a replacement hose gun after ours stuck open. Slightly disappointed with replacement as we had bought a metal gun after a number of plastic guns broke, but replacement is a plastic gun.

We recently purchased a Hozelock hosepipe, with open reel storage. The quality is noticeably poor all round. Cheap plastic fittings, that keep popping off as soon as water is applied, the connection to the hosereel leaks continuoulsy, no matter how you secure the fittings and the hose kinks at the slightest pull. I would strongly advise anyone in the market for buying a hosepipe, do not buy Hozelock.

Reel arrived with a need to assemble .....shockingly bad instructions and the quality of parts are poor....I am not sure how long this reel will last. Had it not been at a discounted price I would have sent it back but it is not worth anything like the £90 full retail price.

I had a leek in my Tuff hose which I didn’t have a receipt for to prove the guarantee. I spoke to Ebonynin customer service and she could t have been more helpful or her colleagues. I now have a replacement Tuff hose at no charge. I can’t get a guarantee on it but that’s more than fair. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with Hozelock if you have a problem, their team are a pleasure to deal with.

What a shame another company that is no longer interested in customer service. Lack of opening hours and poor service coupled with inferior products. Will use Gardena moving forward Basically not open on Friday and limited hours in the week

Excellent customer service. I had a minor problem with a hose 13 months old. Hozelock did not hesitate to send me a replacement. That's called buying with confidence the supplier will honour its obligations. Great service. Thank you Hozelock customer services

My elderly neighbour had an issue with an Auto Reel.it was 3 months out of 12 month warranty and as they are not particularly Tech Savvy couldn’t remember if they had registered the product. I spoke with Chloe at customer services, explained the problem, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently with a replacement item despatched. Great service.

Wonderful Service: My retractable 40m hose started making banging noises when I rewound it. I contacted Hozelock and, without any quibble, told me that they would replace - and they did. Amazing service.

As a more-then-average user of Hozelock equipment over many years my Hozelock 20 year guarantee Professional 6550 hose burst after 13 years of use (it had already been replaced after four years of use as it was found to be a defective item then). I had some receipts from 2011 and the original packaging along with dated images of the original installation on a Hasel hose reel. After some discussion Hozelock agreed to honour the original warranty and I found that their Customer Service facility was always prompt in response. It's clear that Hozelock has an effective customer service response mechanism which is good reason to support their products. Incidentally I have many Hozelock items that remain entirely functional well after 20 years of use!

I contacted Hozelock about an expanding hose I purchased two years ago which had sprung a leak. They responded promptly and are sending a new one! How brilliant, I did not expect that. Excellent service, thank you.

Great customer service. I contacted Hozelock initially with a repair query, but they told me I could claim under their warranty. A very straightforward process with clear and speedy communication. I received a replacement product within a few days. Delighted.
