The installation of new windows and two new frames was ‘painless’ and carried out to a high degree of professionalism. The installers were efficient and cleaned up at the end and were sure I was happy before they departed.
The salesman was thorough and helpful; communication from the office was generally excellent and the fitters were friendly and efficient. Although there were a couple of issues regarding one window being supplied with incorrect colour from manufacturer, these were dealt with. Overall, very pleased with our HomeSmart experience.
We had solar panels fitted along with a battery. All aspects of the fit were conducted professionally by staff who were all well trained and pleasant to be around
The workman (Andy) who installed the insulation and ceiling to our conservatory was very good, professional finish to the job, neat and cleared away after himself. Job was longer than expected and was spread over 3 days. The salesperson included on the contract that the installer would be able to replace the sealant on the conservatory roof. However this was a job for which the workman did not have the necessary equipment. Overall the sales pitch was misleading and "initial" price was way over the odds. Even at the "reduction" due to photos and reviews etc on completion of job thought the price was excessive. The cost of materials must have been less that 12% of the total cost and even with the effective 2days of work the total cost was excessive. The completed job looked very good, but not so satisfied with the cost.
Great customer service. Fitter turned up on time and even worked through wind and rain to get the job ultimately completed on time. The roofline looks fabulous. Great work!

The 3 Double glazing installers arrived bang on time. Replaced 10 Windows in 2 days. All problems were overcome. Result was a very good installation hardly knew they were in the house . No mess left behind and very impressed with end result,

We recently had our entire roofline replaced by Homesmart. The process from start to finish has been exemplary and we no longer need to worry about asbestos soffits, leaking gutters nor rotten wood as everything is now maintenance free. The installers removed and disposed of all the old materials and left the property clean and tidy. A first class job.

HomeSmart Installations are a really professional business. All the staff I had contact with were very professional and helpful. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. They installed my new windows on the agreed date and the finished product is excellent.

On the whole, HomeSmart did an excellent job. There was a minor problem when they accidentally caused a short circuit in the house wiring, which left us without power for a night, and they took a while to remove all the rubbish, but otherwise all was satisfactory.

From the initial enquiry to the installation the process was efficient and gave me confidence. French doors were being replaced and although it wasn't straightforward, the installation was completed and looks neat and tidy. Polite and affable staff too.
