A good and efficient service although I have since found a number of old nails around the property which is worrying as I have a dog. Also since the installation my outside drain has been blocked.

I had new guttering around my bungalow approximately 2 years ago, I was very pleased with it, It was done on time and had a guarantee. The company phoned me and said they had new products and I said that I was thinking of phoning as my garage guttering was leaking, They sent an estimator 3 days later and the work was completed within 2 weeks very satisfactory. I had a small leak in a joint on guttering which I mention and they checked and corrected it. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Very happy from start to finish. Initial approach was a cold call at the door due to work already taking place on another house in our road. Not pushy though and clearly a high quality offering. The combination of textured white and black uPVC was a real plus and led to me booking a formal estimate. The 'sales' part was overly long to be honest which was a shame as I just needed to clarify the product, the guarantee and then get to their best price. The number of 'discounts' and associated sales techniques was an unnecessary and frustrating part of the process and to be honest I still think that overall the package is a little expensive. However, the installation was excellent and needed to involve some specialist disposal once it was discovered that our soffits contained asbestos. The main advantage of the installation compared to some other companies is that it involves the complete removal of the old roofline, rather than simply installing uPVC over the top of all the old, rotting wood etc. The guys who did the install were great and very efficient. Three days and all done. Overall, I would definitely recommend Home Smart and am extremely happy with the results - it really has transformed the appearance of our property. Just negotiate hard, especially if you know that your rafter ends are dry and sound, since a portion of the price covers the 'possibility' of replacing these, which you probably won’t need - we didn't. Great new company though - employ with confidence. Five stars.

Well, the team turned up on time.......very friendly, polite with a good sense of humour 🙂 They straightaway started work and apart from the occasional coffee kept going in the cold, wet weather until the job was completed. And I have to say I'm very pleased indeed with their work. And they cleared up so well afterwards......fabulous job

Another excellent job completed by HomeSmart. I was a bit surprised when Jeff arrived on his own but he worked with precision and skill almost without a break to produce a really good result . The whole team fulfilled their roles to our satisfaction including the cheery Don, the delivery man who lugged loads in an inconvenient space without complaint.

Our front driveway was replaced by Homesmart Installations Ltd in February 2022. There were two gangs, the preparation gang and the block paving gang. Both were extremely efficient and courteous to our needs as homeowners. The task was carried out over approximately 5 days as it was quite a large area and the end result certainly matched up to our expectations. The work site was left clear and tidy, even to the extent that they cleaned down our newly installed roller shutter garage door. This is the third project that Homesmart Installations Ltd have carried out for us over the last 6 months and we are extremely pleased with their products and workmanship.

The whole team were excellent. There was a lot of communication from the back office team to keep me informed of the progress before the team and materials arrived on site. The team who carried out the work on site were unfailingly polite and did a great job. They even sent round a guy free of charge to fix my front door when I happened to mention in passing that it wasn't locking properly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Homesmart.

I have never left a review before but I must with this company. They have always been very helpful and polite. We had replaced all are Fascia Soffit and Guttering. When one man arrived, I was a bit surprised as it's a big job. Geoff is his name. He was amazing. It was cold and wet most days but he just carried on. Stay until late to finish off with floodlights on. Did a brilliant job. We are very pleased with the work. Geoff, you are Superman. I would recommend this company. Thank you Homesmart.

Every thing was done very professionally and left clean and tidy

We had our driveway widened and built to match in with our current drive, overall we are happy with the finished result though the where the footpath meets the drive it has a bit of a rough edge as they could not tamper with the footpath and the levels are inconsistent. The driveway fits in neatly with the existing and looks and works very nicely. The only issue I had was that there seemed to be a small lack of communication between the survey/planning and building parts of the job. We asked for the drainage to be redone as it did not work (keep water away from front door). When part through the build I was asked if I wanted them to do anything with the drainage, obviously this part had not been planned and the guys onsite had to provide a solution on the spot. Their solution works, collecting most of the water but it could have been done better and planned from the start. Overall we are happy though and would use them again as we had them do our windows before too.

Excellent all round service at an affordable price. Fitters of both the standard windows and roof Velux windows were efficient, polite and tidy. The result has transform the appearance of the home.
