Had my whole house windows replaced today 5th may and absolutely fantastic workmanship thank you homesmart

Carried out by polite team and at no pressure placed on us to purchase product the fitters carried out work very quickly and cleanly all done within a hour thanks

Soffits/downpipes and guttering. Scaffolding didn’t turn up, husband took day off work, I called at 1500 to ask where the scaffolding was and if we should move cars off the drive and was told yes, returned home at 1530, still no scaffolding, called homesmart, lorry had issue so wasn’t coming, flat tyre or something – no phone call to let us know, even though id spoken to them half an hour previous. Homesmart fitters arrived the following day, asked where scaffolding was as we had a plan in place on where to start on the roof line, they weren’t told by their own company there was an issue with the scaffolding. Scaffolding arrived 2 days later, put up and they put the poles in front of our patios doors so we couldn’t get out, asked them to come back and remove and they weren’t happy as they would have to take the lot down so reluctantly angle grind the poles off so we could open the door. Fitters great however didn’t turn up one morning until the afternoon, told us their big boss was moving and had to help him move! Scaffolding was removed, however, the guys removing it rammed the poles into our newly landscaped garden grass, leaving large dug out channels.. which we had to pay out to get corrected. On the day of completion, I arrived home at 1600 to a phone call from Homesmart as I literally walked through the door,I answered it bag still in hand, Homesmart was asking for payment ,I explained I had just got in, he wanted payment, I said I would pay on Friday, He wanted to pay his fitters and that I should pay now. He asked me how many stars I would give Homesmart, I said 3 – I’m guessing that’s why I haven’t been chased for my review of this company and I wasn’t going to leave a review but our story goes on.. I spoke to Jamie operations manager about my concerns with our garden and was pretty much fobbed of by ‘we’ve never had a problem before’ ‘not our issue’ I also spoke to hm about my neighbour who I had referred under their ‘referral scheme’ and that she had been waiting such a long time for her from door and I felt ever so guilty for recommending her to Homesmart, his response to that was ‘that’s a nationwide problem, not mine, have a good day’ and hung up on me! Contacted Homesmart as we were having an issue with our downpipes being noisy when it rained and that our top guttering end was leaking, the fitters had fitted the guttering flush to the wall where previously they were an inch from the wall. New fitters came out and refit the down pipes and left. I noticed that they had screwed screws directly into the brackets and down pipes and the brackets looked odd. Contacted Homesmart again and they came out, yes, the fitters had fitted the wrong brackets and had held them in place with a screw! Jon ordered the correct brackets and returned to fit them. Problem solved. The we had leaking mucky water coming from our roofline, got homesmart back out to investigate, up the ladder they went, no investigation, sealant in hand and stuck a load of sealant in the roofline when they left I noticed they had knocked a bit edging off so asked them to come back to push back on, up the ladder he went with white sealant this time and stick another load of sealant in the gap. We've decided to give Homesmart a second chance for a new front and garage door.. and hope our experience with them next time will be better

The experience was excellent through out. The installers were first class.

The fitters turned up when they said they would and were very helpful shifting all the furniture into the garage. I'm very happy with the workmanship and all they needed to keep going was coffee and tea. They had solutions for any issues that arose. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Great team of guys.

All concerned on the Homesmart team kept in touch with what was going on and on the day Geoff was on time and finished our roof job quickly and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars was because our start date kept being pushed back for a couple of weeks. It was unforeseen circumstances but still a bit annoying.

The workforce involved in my conservatory renovation turned up earlier than expected and turned out to be very pleasant and hard working and did an excellent job leaving my conservatory looking as good as new. I was very pleased with the work done and would recomend HomeSmart to anyone who requires their services. Overall my experiences with the company were first class from initial queries through ordering to implementation.

Homesmart installations ltd. From the first contact homesmart were a professional, straight to the point no fuss company. The whole team were friendly and courteous. Installation was available a week earlier. The team that arrived to install were very efficient, tidy, relaxed and fun. It was a pleasure to have them do the installation. Very pleased with the windows. Would certainly recommend them.

My contact with this firm was the result of cold calling to which I usually do not respond. However, I was interested but very suspicious that it was a scam as we have been been caught out by cold calling before and lost £2,000. As a result of many telephone calls, a good looking website and a visit from a really nice salesman/surveyor we placed an order. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I was impressed by the whole experience. My only complaint is the cost as it seems very expensive. Otherwise I think that they are a good firm.

We got delivered a replacement for our old garage door as per our ideas and the design we wanted to have. The quality of the new door and windows was outstanding. Overall the fitting process was quick and with neat and clean sealings and finishings. The staff was friendly, skilled and they listened to all our requests. Honestly, we could not ask for more.

I am very happy with the work that has been completed. We have had new windows throughout the whole house plus a front door and a back door. The service from start to finish has been excellent. The company communicated with us really well, we knew what was happening at all times. The work of the fitters was very good, I cannot fault them at all.

HomeSmart were very professional, right from initial engagement talking through work required, to stepping through options and their installation approach and quotation. Installers were very hardworking and had attention to detail. Each day cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased with Roofline work, high quality materials installed to high standard at a competitive price. Definitely a company on my short list if I need other improvements done.

Very happy with the work completed. All fitters who came to site were very professional and dilligent in their work. The windows look great and we could notice the improved insulation following the recent frosty mornings.

Fantastic service, we have spoken to maybe 5 members of staff now. Every single one of them as respectful, helpful and as kind as each other. We needed our daughters bedroom window changed as it was over 25 years old and leaking heating. The new window maybe took about 4-6 weeks to confirm from agreeing to the fair price. The 2 people who installed the window did a great job and I have never seen workers leave a place so clean afterwards. You wouldn't have know they were there. On top of that, they noticed when going through our front door that it catches, it always has and although a little annoying, we've learnt to live with it and not give it a second thought, as they were finishing up, one of the two gentlemen realigned our front door so it stopped catching just to be kind. The next day we had another member of the team drop by just to check that everything was OK with the installation and make sure that everyone was polite and friendly. I explained that now we had seen them in action we have one more really old window in the house and we would like to get that one replaced too. Fair pricing again and we have that booked in again in 4-6 weeks. No doubt will be giving another shining review for it. As everyone is likely concerned with rising bills, although windows are not cheap to replace, I will say its made 2 degrees difference in our daughter room over night which is big, it's now keeping the heat in and it's made the whole house feel that bit better. I'm excited to get the next window in too, to see even more benefits.

Replaced and expanded an old concrete driveway with a new patterned block paving driveway. Our household is very pleased with the product, implementation and overall experience. All rubbish removed and area left clean. Would highly recommend.

What a great company. No pressure sales, quality product. Great follow-on and clean and polite workers. If you need insulation and can't think of a better product backed up with a 25 year Guarantee. Do what I did have a free survey and they will advise you of a solution that will save you lots of money. You will be surprised a how cost effective it is and of coarse right now VAT free. I cant speak highly enough about them and how nice a experience this was compared to some other companies I have dealt with in the past.
