I used HOMESMART installations to replace my facias and gutters. I was kept up-to-date with everything throughout the process. Installation date had to be changed due to COVID with the installer but they rearrange for a different installer to attend later that week. Very impressed with the quality of work and would recommend HOMESMART.

We signed up for works to be carried out by Homesmart over 1 year ago. We ordered 2 windows a bifolding door, facias and guttering and a flat roof lantern. After 2 cancelled appointments all was installed and looked great. After first inspection everything seemed ok until I noticed the house wouldn't heat up and the boiler was running none stop. After checking the loft I noticed the roof was soaking wet and dripping, the installers had removed a foot of insulation from the entire length of my loft both front and back to install the new vents and as a result of the increased airflow it drew the warm air out of the house which made the boiler struggle to heat the house to the desired temperature. As a consequence the boiler broke down and needed an emergency repair. HomeSmart apologised and replaced the insulation but I was forced to offer to install it myself due to them having no staff available. The flat roof lantern was installed after 3 cancelled appointments with no explanation or apology. We were told when ordering that the staff Homesmart uses are vetted by the company and come highly recommended which accounted for the high price. The workman that turned up wernt homesmart employees and were sub contractors which seemed to be hired on the cheap to cover the work. For the price quoted I was expecting quality trade personnel and not a couple of odd job people playing builder. They hashed my roof so badly the hole cut out for the lantern was too small and the ceiling was left structurally unsafe sagging in the middle. The new felt was installed using a patch work of odd bits and wasn't a quality job. They damaged my fridge and new bifolding door frame which had to be replaced. After complaining to management another company a few days later reluctantly came to fix the damaged roof by replacing all that was needed to make it right which they did a fare job, apart from the fact it leaked 1 week later causing the new ceiling, plaster and paint to get wet and crack. The roof had to be removed once again and be done properly by a qualified contractor. All of this has taken over a year to be completed with no apology or contact from the company directors, I received a poor good will gesture as an apology and the whole process has tarnished the work we saved so long to pay for. Paul Byrne and Tom Randall your company standards are an absolute disgrace. I hope people reading this will think twice about hiring your company in the future.

Loft insulated by spray gun. The installers arrived early which I like and finished within the time they estimated. They cleared the loft and replaced everything after the insulation. It is now much tidier! They supplied all their own dust sheets and after the insulation, vacuumed every where. They really were a credit to the company, polite and did a first class job. Well done! During the above job a Home Smart technician also fitted a loft ladder. Again a first class job.

The two men who did the work were polite and friendly. They worked swiftly and were able to finish the job in one day. The result looks very smart. I was especially pleased with how they tidied up before they left, leaving the place looking clean and tidy.

Overall I've been very pleased with the service I've received from HomeSmart Installations, the communication from the office has been excellent keeping me informed with the progress of the installation. The installation team arrived as planned and was completed with minimal disruption, the area around the house was left clean and tidy and all in one day. My only negative comments are that the initial quote was quite high, although we did finally negotiate a price that was agreed. I was also asked to sign the agreement without the opportunity to read the conditions that would only be made available to me once I'd signed, this was soon sorted and I was provided with the conditions to read prior to signing. Overall a very positive result.

Eficient and friendly service.

Again HomeSmart have delivered, garage doors all fitted and installation went really smooth. Great work by Lewis and his son in doing a great job. Also all the staff back in the office keeping us updated. This is how a well run company works, shame others don’t follow HomeSmart’s policies and leadership.

Removal of window and installation of French doors went smoothly and the workmen were both polite and efficient. We have used Homesmart previously for gutters and soffits and were happy to use them again as we were very pleased with the work and price.

HomeSmart Installations completed the job in less time than anticipated, and were friendly and efficient throughout. They kept us informed during the whole process, and were happy to reschedule the start of the work to suit our needs. Overall, we are very pleased with the service they have provided.

Brilliant service.

Ordered garage door from HomeSmart Installations the whole experience was smoothly dealt with fitted yesterday by two very polite men who cleaned everything up when finished and all taken away my new door looks fantastic and makes a big difference to the outside of my house. Have already recommended them to my family and friends great reliable company

Great job by Homesmart replacing the soffits on my house. Very clear communications throughout the process and work completed quickly and to a very high standard. Very happy with the outcome.

I would have given one more star except that on completion it was found that the keys were missing.They were promised to be delivered next day, that did not happen, after a phone call,they were promised to be sent by post,that did not happen and I am still waiting for the keys, it has now been two weeks since the windows were installed. It seems to me that once the full amount has been paid there is no importance paid to customer service.

Homesmart exceeded our expectations throughout. Every member of the team were polite and professional. We are extremely happy with the quality and fitting of our new doors and will certainly be contact again should we need anything else.

Nice easy process from demonstration to installation. Courteous staff, careful installation and the product looks great. I'd recommend the company.

The work carried out was done quickly and efficiently and is perfect. The workmen were polite and hard working. We couldn't ask for better.
