I had gutters and facias replaced. This would have been 5 stars but for one issue. First, the installers were excellent and the installation was excellent. Very tidy and minimum disruption throughout. The only problem was I was promised delivery of the kit of parts on a Friday which would be stored at the side of my house behind a locked gate over the weekend. I didn't want to go out and leave the gate unlocked so stayed in. The parts didn't arrive on the Friday and I had to ring on the following Monday to find out what had happened. So a lack of communication cost them a star.

I cannot speak too highly of the service from Homestart. From the introductory explanation of the work and materials they proposed to the finished article it was all very professional. I had good information and coordination as well as good workmanship as far as I can tell. Also the work is guaranteed for 10 years which is reassuring. Only 4 stars as It was quite expensive but as I only had one recent quote maybe it was fair. All in all a very satisfied customer.

Had a new front door and panel installed and I am very happy with the result. I received excellent customer support and the installer was prompt, friendly and efficient. Dust sheets were put down and everything was left very tidy.

3 Guys arrived in pouring rain to insulate the loft and straightaway put dustsheets down from the front door to the loft hatch. Very pleasant and polite and left the area as clean as when they arrived. This is the 2nd HomeSmart job I've had done and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was kept updated as the order moved a long and my installation was booked. The guys fitting arrived super early and were really friendly and efficient. Build was straightforward and looks amazing. The three guys who came to insulate our loft were prompt, respectful, pleasant, helpful, courteous and very tidy. They were ready to assist where necessary and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were swift and efficient and left our loft tidy and clean after automatically vacuuming it! We would recommend them and the company.

Everything that was said would be done by Homesmart was done at exactly the time they said it would be done. Everyone was helpful and polite. I had 11 windows and 2 doors fitted brilliantly by Dave who worked so hard. One the first day he didn't leave until 6.15pm so as to make sure I was safe and secure at the end of the day. I now feel really happy with my new windows and doors, so much warmer and very secure. My only criticism was poor Dave needed a Hoover to help clean up at the end of the day as although he put sheets down they did not contain all the dust and just sweeping up was not sufficient. If I needed any more work done I would use Homesmart in a heart beat. Thank you Homesmart.

Pleased with the results. Work was slightly delayed due to weather conditions but I was kept well informed by Mark. Job was finished efficiently and happy with the new look of our house.

Good service from start to finish. Kept informed of what was happening throughout. We had our back door replaced and a blown window pane replaced in kitchen. Paul and Jake arrived in good time, got straight on with the job and did a very professional job,which is what is to be expected. They cleaned up properly after the job and were very respectful. The reason I gave only four stars was due to the fitters not being informed that they had to replace the window pane. However, they were straight on the phone to sort it out and someone delivered the pane immediately. Good job.

I painted our gable, facias, and soffits twenty years ago, and they were showing their age. Homesmart's canvasser was very polite and helpful, as was the chap who subsequently priced the work. Happy to proceed my wife and I placed the order. In due course, and earlier than expected, the scaffolding went up, materials were delivered, then the installers set to. Each step notified in advance, the work was carried out efficiently, the old materials removed each day, and we now have a very smart 'roofline', new guttering and downpipes, with a clean, modern gabling replacing the mock Tudor from 1930 when the house was built. In all, we received a sound and professional job, great customer service at each stage. The installers were very helpful throughout, cleaning the site before leaving. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire project.

Absolutely fantastic company, their customer service is second to none and all the products are of top quality. Have used them twice and if we decide to have more work done I will 100% use them again. You don't see this level of amazing customer service very often nowadays.

HomeSmart recently installed sofits, fascias and gutters all round the house at high and low level, plus cladding on four dormer windows and under the garage overhang. It was a big job and took seven full days. I was very happy with the outcome and with the whole experience. From the initial salesman contact and survey through to the work by the fitters, I dealt with competent, polite people who were not pushy in any way. Indeed, the fitters, Lee and Ash, took great care throughout the installation and worked to a high standard as well as leaving everything clean and tidy each day. Obviously I'm no expert, but I could see the attention to detail they put in when negotiating the more fiddly elements - thank you both. Making recommendations is always difficult as people's expectations differ but I would be happy to engage HomeSmart in future should the need arise.

Very pleased with the installation of our new windows. The tradesman was extremely efficient and carried out the work very professionally. (even working in the rain to complete one window). The site was left very clean and all rubbish removed.

I was impressed with the customer service the whole way through my experience with HomeSmart Installations Ltd. Their salesman was straight-forward to deal with, and happy to make a deal which suited us both. Let's not fool ourselves, there were things that were helpful to them that I could work with and in return there were things that they were willing to do to make things easier for me. A good start to the process. The surveyor was very helpful and took all my requests about retaining elements of my building into account, measured accurately, discussed all the finer points of what I was actually going to get. He also gave me options to ensure that those niggly things that might be a problem later, wouldn't be. I was very happy with his representations. The guys doing to installation were pretty good at what they were doing although I suspect that they were not usually working together and having three chaps to enclose a porch may have been too many as they did get in each others' way a bit and little things got missed. The lead installer though, took as much time as I wanted to go over every little detail of the work, fix things that needed tweaking and made sure that they left my property clean and tidy. The follow up to ensure that I was happy with the work was quick and the tiny element that had been missed was reported and very quickly fixed. There were plenty of options about how to pay and no pressure to settle if I wasn't completely happy. The product itself is very nice and when I first looked out on to the enclosed space where the open porch had been, it was like I had discovered a room in my house that I didn't know I didn't have. The enclosure has satisfied all my reasons for having the installation done, so I am very happy with the result.
