Not hard sell and kept us very well informed the whole way through the process as needed cancelling a few times due to high winds and a scaffolding error which was more likely the scaffold companies fault. The finished product looks great also any should save us much money and hassle of painting every 10 years!

After shopping around I went with HomeSmart and do not regret my choice! First of all, Chris is a star! When he visited to survey my requirements, it was obvious that he was very experienced and not 'just a salesman' - he was not pushy and discussed several ideas with me in terms of what would suit my house best. The booking team were also great, I asked them to let me know if any earlier install dates became available and they did - I was thrilled to get my new windows before Christmas. The installation team were professional, clean and polite. They did a great job. I did have a few snags with small issues due to some building work that was carried out to change the size of an aperture but this was all dealt with promptly and I was updated at all times. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their great team. The windows are great too!

The design and quote process was really easy, we organised it for about 3 months later and they were in touch and began work exactly as planned. The guys doing the work were so friendly and did a great job. There were some communication mishaps around the different teams coming throughout the process however everything was resolved quickly. I did notice something which I requested they come back to check and possibly fix, although their process is 14 days for this type of instance they've said they're sending someone this same day.

What a great team, from initial chat, through to survey to office contact and then the crew on the day! I only have a small conservatory and the roof was completely replaced in a day, the crew were surprised by the original structure when the old roof came off but it didn't seem to slow their method of working - they gelled like a well oiled machine - all very polite and the best bit was all the old roof/rubbish was removed!

Excellent professional work yet again by Homestart. The patio doors were installed efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the result.

Fantastic work. Fascias, soffetts, guttering and drainpipes all replaced. Geoff worked tirelessly to get the job finished and it wasn't an easy job given our house is very tall. The house looks so tidy and smart. Everything we agreed upfront was carried out to our specifications. Will be more than happy to recommend to friends and family.

from the first contact to the finished job all went as smoth as silk. the fitters were polite and friendly working with skill and knoledge, every day they were here, they cleaned up at the end of the day and at completion took all the rubish away.

Very happy with the work carried out. I had my fascia soffit, guttering, bargeboard, down pipes and cladding all replaced and the guys were very professional and friendly.

The installers did an excellent job with my new door, which has dramatically reduced the draughts and noise from outside. Just one snag - the manufacturer forgot the letterbox, so a return visit was required to add it but all OK now.

Excellent overall service and correspondence. Fitting team were excellent and all aspects of finishing were good. Very pleased with the product and finish. I would suggest less phone calls from the office would have speeded up the process

We had new front door fitted yesterday, and Paul went above and beyond, even cutting round the uneven purbeck stone to ensure a perfect fit. I would highly recommend Homesmart, and give 6 stars if possible. Quality of the product is first class, and job completed with full clean up. Neighbours have already comment on how good the new door looks

Quick efficient service

I have found HomeSmart to be efficient and customer friendly. I recently had loft installation done by HomeSmart. There was a problem with the work but Mark Allen dealt with the problem very quickly and everything was left in good order. Good customer service.
