Great service. Had 8 windows and a new front door installed. Completed in 2 days. Kept in the loop all the way through on progress and persisted even through rain to ensure it was completed on time

We turned to HomeSmart after a disastrous experience with some real cowboys: the tired old soffits and leaky gutters needed replacement; quote was a poorly spelt text message; all 3 extraction vents were covered over; nothing was a straight line and there were more leaks AFTER they finished than before, they left loads of rubbish and also effectively fly-tipped a broken metal ladder in our back garden. HomeSmart are leagues above this, it was a really comforting experience from start to finish. The job was professionally appraised, a proper contract was drawn up with everything laid out. PDFs were signed and a dedicated customer service rep scheduled everything, including scaffolding. The work itself was carried out by two competent and efficient fitters (Lee & Dane) who worked really hard over several days, responded well to requests on which parts of the house we needed completed first, due to the Jubilee weekend. They always swept and cleared away at the end of each day and were cheerful and helpful. They even removed the broken ladder for us! HomeSmart visited after Lee and Dane had finished to check we were happy with the result... We very much are. Would not hesitate to recommend them and are already thinking that perhaps the windows now look a little tired in comparison to the guttering and are in need of replacement! We will absolutely use HomeSmart again.

Front Drive replaced, the crew were extremly polite and hard working, explained what was happening as they progressed and I only had to supply a couple of teas and coffees. I would not hesitate to use Homestart Installations again and would recommend them most highly.

HomeSmart were very prompt in responding to my request to repair a porch both in terms of the survey and the work done. The work was to a high standard and they managed to match the repair to the original design The contractors were polite, efficient and tidy. I was contacted by the office on a daily basis to check on the progress of the work and payment. At times this as a little zealous and intrusive. I will certainly use HomeSmart Installations again.

I had 2 replacement windows fitted. The fitter was courteous and friendly, managing windy then wet conditions. He tidied up afterwards and did a good job. This is the third time I have used HomeSmart for renovation work.

We came across Homesmart by accident and thank goodness we did! Desperate for a garden patio we asked for a quote. From the initial chat and quote to the excellent customer service from Mark they were superb. Then came the laying of the patio. Darren, Ben, Ross and Silas were nothing short of brilliant. Everyone from the company with whom we've had contact, either personally or by phone, have been courteous and helpful. The two fitters who carried out the work were cheerful, very hard working and professional. They explained again what was involved and how the work should look when completed and where circumstances dictated that changes or adaptations need to be made, due to the age of the original construction, these were explained and discussed. Very pleased with the end results.

I don’t normally respond to cold callers but I’m so glad I did. From the guy who knocked on my door, Tom who gave us the quote and Geoff who competed the work the service was outstanding. All polite and very professional. Geoff, well he works so hard and hardly stopped. Cleaned up daily and on the last day he made sure the place was spotless. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A great man. Now looking forward to the next job being completed. I highly recommend this company.

Our second order from HomeSmart Installations. Having had the roofline done a few weeks ago, we ordered a new front door. The door was fitted today by Paul and Jake. They were very professional and efficient and we are extremely pleased with the job. Brilliant HomeSmart again.

is is a firm that really cares for their customers! We commissioned a replacement double glazed roof for our 35 year old noisy, leaking polycarbonate panelled roof. The result is amazing! unbelievably it now looks like a brand new conservatory. The fitters went above and beyond their brief, they used top quality materials, brought the job forward from their estimated start and completed the whole job in one and a half days. we were waterproof by the end of the first day - excellent! Work was followed up by 2 visits to check all was in order and that we were satisfied - of course we were, we were over the moon.

Had the house Fascia & soffits replaced. Good workmanship and communications at a reasonable price. Thank you HomeSmart.
