We had our windows and doors replaced by home smart and from start to finish everyone has been great and I would like to thank Paul who installed all our windows and doors for the brilliant job he has done he was extremely professional,polite and friendly.I would recommend this company to family and friends for any installations they may need.I will definitely use home smart again.
We had our guttering , soffits and fascia’s replaced and are very pleased with the finished result. The Honesmart team were helpful from start to finish, and a big shout out to our installers who were brilliant - in addition to doing a first class job, also made sure to clear up at the end of each day. Very happy!

New windows fitted in bedrooms. Fitters put dust sheets over the carpets to protect them. Windows look great. Perfectly match the ones we didn’t have done. Very happy with whole process from start to finish. Follow up phone call and visit too, to check we were happy.
From initial contact to final completion of all work, I have nothing but praise for HomeSmart Installations. Every member of the team showed the utmost professionalism, which manifested itself into an excellent standard replacement of all roofline cladding and a replacement pane of double glazing thrown in for no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and it's staff to others. Customer services, finance team and roofline operatives all showed a high level of communication, knowledge and workmanship, which was at all times honest and trustworthy. At the finish I was left with an excellent product and a clean and tidy work area, but more importantly the peace of mind that if needed, my best interests were still at the heart of the company, even after completion.
The installation didn't take too long or make much of a mess, and the house is definitely warmer than it was!

Very good service. The operatives were very good and left our property clean and tidy at every stage of the installation. They always turned up on time and were very polite and professional and kept us informed at every step of the way.
Unfortunately there is only a 5 star option, otherwise I would have scored 10 on the review!! Truly, 1st class service from a professional company. I would again like to thank our installer (Jon Reeves) for carrying out a great job. Despite being faced with a few 'structural' challenges (brickwork etc) which he overcame with his necessary skillset in order to complete. He was so meticulous to detail, which is reflected in the internal trim finishes to walls, ceiling and flooring. After completion, the whole area was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. The only indication of his visit was a stunning new front door and return panel, that compliments our recent garage door (also Homesmart) We are already getting envious comments from neighbours, so will have no problem recommending you! Also, have to say thanks to all the staff 'behind the scenes' (Morwenna and Mark especially) for keeping us updated and informed throughout the whole process. Thanks again Alan Blair

HomeSmart redid our porch and fitted a new front door. The service we received was excellent at every stage of the process and we were constantly updated on our order. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and particularly impressed by how clean and tidy everything was left at the end. Would highly recommend!
Had 2 upstairs Windows replaced, the fitting team arrived on time, put dust sheets down, tidied up afterwards snd they did a great job. Windows look great.
Excellent service, communications, product and installation. I’m not easily wowed but the Roofline product is a great idea and has really improved the kerb appeal of the house. The staff at “base” are great at checking on progress and satisfaction. The installers were brilliant, efficient and left the place tidied than it was before. Yes, I would recommend most highly.
From start to finish everything was excellent. Nine windows removed and replaced in two days!! When salesman Mark visited, he didn’t pressurise, quote was within what I’d previously thought was a fair price and install-week was set. The following week the assessor Jon measured up and talked through any fine details. On the install day, father and son, Paul & Arron, did a fantastic job, with perfect care and attention to detail, again talking through any options before done. They left me with great new windows and not a mess either inside or out. And all this with good communication throughout. To extend guarantees there’s also a 10-year warranty scheme I’ve signed up for. Would recommend HomeSmart to anyone, and they’re so good I’m going to ask them to quote for some more work!! THANKS
I'd like to leave a 4.8 ! We had all new facias/guttering, and a new front door. We gave HomeSmart the business as local, employed all their staff (no contractors on piece work), and they gave us an honest price at the off, unlike some of their competitors that we benchmarked. Not quite perfect, as with anything large, a few minor issues; but that said, all were resolved without quibble or fuss. And we love the finish, and look: " as desired". Highly recommended.

Excellent service only slight hitch was job wasn't started on the date planned due to a member of the team getting Covid and we weren't informed until we chased it up. Excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them
