Really good service from start to finish. We’re so pleased with our windows, they look great! A very professional company, would definitely recommend.

The three chaps who were working at my house worked nonstop apart from their lunch break. The job was completed on time and my property was left immaculate. I would highly recommend this company. Their workforce are a credit to them.

Recent installation (Jun 2022) of windows, roofline and utility/conservatory. Whilst we were originally pleased with end result, the utility/conservatory leaks and so we have not been able to use it! In our opinion, the roofline should have been completed before the utility\conservatory done and I did query at the time, the likelihood of leaks but was ‘assured’ that it should be fine. Sadly this is not the case and I reported the leaks on Monday 27/06/22 at 08:30 together with photos and a video. The following morning I received a WhatsApp message from the office that their ‘Remedial group’ had been informed and I could expect for this to be resolved within 2 weeks! So basically we have paid for something we cannot use and, even if it is fixed, could still leak in the future because of the ‘join’ in the roofline. The sales advisor told us it would be the same team fitting the windows and utility/conservatory, but that it would be someone else fitting the roofline. As the utility/conservatory would join on to the roofline, I queried the order the work would be done and was assured there would be two teams working on it and that they would aim to get this done within a week. On that basis we agreed the sale. Sadly this was not the case. To be fair, their workmen worked really hard, however problems arose because they were not given the all the information they needed from the office (for example a panel board was originally put in place of a window in the utility/conservatory because they did not have a copy of the ‘schedule of works’ which shows the original drawings and which show all the information needed, including the internal window boards which had been completely missed off your surveyors survey. As a result, the workmen assumed we were not having our original boards replaced until I queried when they would be replaced. There was also an issue with the external window boards where the workmen had been instructed by both the surveyor and operations manager to put at least double the amount of mortar to plug in the majority of external cills rather than cut a brick to size at each corner - the end result would have looked dreadful and I told the operation manager this when I spoke to him. Thankfully these issues were resolved, but to be honest, I really did not need that stress and if the workmen can see for themselves and bring it to the attention of ‘the office’ then the ‘office’ should either trust the judgment of their workmen or come and see it for themselves, rather than just saying ‘plug the gaps!’ We would have loved to have given 5 stars - but, our experience above, coupled with the leaking utility/conservatory, the time it’s taking to get this resolved and the worry that leaks will be an ongoing issue in the future leaves us feeling less than hopeful. In our view, the utility / conservatory should not have been classed as a repair job as it had only just been ‘finished’. The work undertaken by Homesmart was divided into three jobs: windows, roofline and utility/conservatory and (in our view) should have been installed as three separate jobs in that order. UPDATE - Just received confirmation that we can expect a ‘repair’ visit on Monday 11th July. FURTHER UPDATE - so after the repair visit, all seemed ok and sorted, but then we’ve not had much if anything in the way of rainfall. Cue today, 16 August, and we’ve come home to find puddles of water both ends of the utility room (over washing machine and chest freezer) and are now having to place various pots and pans down in the hope of catching all drips. Hopefully this will finally (?) be sorted on Thursday … 6 Sept 2022 - I honestly hoped it had all been sorted and fixed when they came the last time. They told me the previous chap had done a shoddy job! Well today I opened the door to the utility room and it’s leaking again!

Soffit, fascia and gutter replacement was completed faster than I expected. Workmanship was good overall. There was some snagging (only reason for not giving 5 stars), but this was addressed about a week afterwards so kudos to HomeSmart for rectifying it so quickly.

I had a new warm roof conservatory built but to do so they had to enlarge my patio two twice it's size an the garden was slopping down so had to build a retaining wall an drainage to take the water away. Also I had my garage front closed off with a window an at the back french doors were fitted an the patio had new slabs. I had things that I was not happy with but they came back an sorted out any problems. The payment was split into separate payments for each part of the work an only paid up front a third an the full payment on completion

So pleased to have three new windows installed by Homesmart today - including two large 30s style bays. The end result looks great and works well and the process has been great from start to finish. Really impressed with the installation by Jake and Paul and their care and professionalism.

This was a major project involving the complete replacement of all facias, soffits, guttering, windows, front door, four French doors, new conservatory solid roof and replacement conservatory windows. Consequently we have been dealing with HomeSmart Installations Ltd for almost a year. We have found them to be a very well managed company with a genuine desire to achieve customer satisfaction. The products which they supplied have all been top quality. The installers have all been excellent, very professional with great attention to detail and indeed a pleasure to have around our house. We are delighted and would certainly highly recommend HomeSmart Installations Ltd for any comparable home improvements.

Positive experience from first to last. Salesman accepted what I wanted and didn't try to push me to order more. Good communication thereafter, and fitters were friendly, polite & efficient.

Just had a full set of soffits, fascias, and guttering installed by Lee and Dane from HomeSmart Installations Ltd. It looks brilliant. My house had wooden soffits and fascias, and some of the guttering was damaged back in Storm Eunice. Additionally, there was a hole just under the roofline that needed fixing, and none of the fittings were sealed against animal ingress (as witnessed by the birds nests that Lee and Dane found). HomeSmart gave a good quote, kept me informed all the way as to what was happening, let me know of any delays (which were only due to adverse weather and couldn't be helped - not a good idea to be messing around with roofs when there's a thunderstorm in progress), and did a superb job. My house looks great, it's going to be a lot less drafty, and the work has an underwritten 10-year warranty too. All in all, I couldn't be happier, and can thoroughly recommend them

Sales side was really good, very efficient. The installation was great aswell, two really nice polite chaps. They did mention they were not sent the correct equipment for the job so had to make 2 trips to collect more supplies. The one thing I found quite annoying was the communication in between sales and installation. Far too many calls to take in my opinion. I had 2/3 calls asking if wanted to move my installation date forward, but was then told I needed to pay deposit first. Only to receive another call asking the same thing, so a bit of a disconnect. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars. The end result looks fantastic.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! A super friendly professional came and discussed what we were looking which was 5 replacement windows throughout our home. He gave us options that were correct for us and our house and surprisingly in no way pushy like you expect from a sales team. We were very happy and received a quote for what we wanted at a price we couldn’t refuse. Next a guy come to measure up at a time that was convenient and was in and out in no time. Then it was time for installing the new windows, the team were super fast they done the whole house in a day and when they were finished you wouldn’t even have known they had been, they were very tidy taking extra care to leave the house as they found it. Would definitely recommend and possibly be using again very soon myself for a new front door I’m thinking about.

Homesmart have totally transformed my back garden! An area that was weeds and stones is now a beautiful patio and there is a path going to my husand’s home office instead of him having to walk across grass and mud! They were polite, did the work in the time they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy. I will be using them again for future projects on doors and windows.

We previously had work done by Homesmart so it was a no brainer for our next project. From start to finish Homesmart were very professional. Even during our installation, the littlest things were sorted with just a phone call. Thanks to Dean and his crew and all the office staff that made this happen.

Not to be trusted, will promise a high class honest service and bespoke finish, this unfortunately was not my experience once I'd signed on the dotted line. This company is very compartmentalized once you've payed the deposit and are tied in, it all changes, the sales person moves onto his next victim and your past to the customer service person, who is nothing more than a pacifier for all the upcoming disappointments. Half way through the job they'll find some way of increasing the price when you have little choice but to agree. The fitters were polite and friendly but appeared to be rushing the job which shows in the poor quality finish, each day when they left I had to clear up before my kids could play outside as had left nails, broken plastic and even bits of dangerous asbestos which I'd payed extra to have professionally removed. Once the job is finished you'll be harassed by the payment team until they get there money. Overall very disappointing experience beware.
