Installation of garage door was carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with the service promised. Control mechanisms were fully explained and demonstrated to my satisfaction. A good job all round.

Friendly first survey, measurement survey went well and installation crew were excellent; the installation would have taken a day and a bit, but the installation crew pushed on and completed by staying late.The windows and doors are great - no problems. I would recommend HomeSmart Installations to anyone that asks.

Homesmart replaced our Facias, soffits and guttering. The installers did an excellent job, were friendly, worked hard, kept disruption to a minimum and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. The whole process only took two and half days and we are very happy with the results.

Over a 3-day period a HomeSmart team made up of 2 fitters and 1 assistant installed 10 main windows, including 2 bays, plus 2 very small windows, 1 set of French doors and a front door. All this was done very efficiently with the assistant tidying up during after every installation. The quality of the installations was high with time spent on cleaning each window after installation. The team started at about 08:30 on the first 2 mornings and at 08:00 on the last day. They worked tirelessly for 6 to 6.5 hours each day (no apparent lunch breaks taken!). I am very satisfied with the end-product. The house both inside and outside was left very tidy. There were no major issues prior to and during the installation and therefore happy to award 5 stars.

Before installation of my Roofline I had never heard of Homesmart and had not considered having my roof woodwork updated. I answered the door to a cold caller (unusual) and agreed they could send a man to discuss our needs (I must have been feeling odd). We went through all the options for the roofline work and agreed on a specification. A quotation was prepared which in due course we accepted. A date for the start of work was proposed, sensibly allowing some flexibility for weather related delays. The work was carried out on schedule, by a young chap (Ben) and his helpful assistant. The time allotted was 5 days, and it took 5 days. I was promised the work would be carefully and professionally carried out. It was, and Ben was the best worker possible. He was quite happy to listen to my minor concerns in advance and address any points I raised as the work progressed. He and his mate had to work in temperatures in the mid thirties so had every right to be hot and grumpy. They were unfailingly positive and professional throughout. The outcome is that my roofline now looks much better, though that's mostly as I was somewhat behind in my external decorating! Excellent work and support from Homesmart back at the office too, made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I would not hesitate to use them again.

No pushy salesman just an honest quote. Were kept informed of date of installation. Lee and Dene did excellent job on day in temperatures of 38C. Very pleased with service received.

WERE CAN I BEGIN, FROM THE START EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT MY ORDER. JAKE AND PAUL [ THE FITTERS ] WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP THERE MESS DAILY. ON COMPLETETION THEY WENT OVER EVERTHING WITH ME. THEY ALSO CLEARED AWAY ALL THE RUBBISH INCLUDEING THE OLD WINDOW AND THE PORCH. THANK YOU DOES NOT SEEM ENOUGH TO SAY, BUT IF I HAVE ANY FURTHER WORK CARRIED OUT I WOULD HAVE THEM BACK IN A HEART BEAT. THANKYOU.

Homesmart were great from the off. The sales guy was very good at communicating our options and sorted out the order quickly. They were able to arrange for the windows to be installed earlier than we originally thought and when the guys came they were fast and efficient. I'm really happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
