Although there was an issue with the initial installation, HomeSmart listened to my concerns and came back to change the installation without issue. The end results are what I wanted and look great. The process from initial site visit through to completion is very well managed with plenty of communication, and there is no hard sell. Quotes are also valid for 12 months which is useful in today's climate.

Very impressed from start to finish. Extremely quick service, I was expecting to wait a long time from order but it was only a few weeks. The two men that fitted the windows were very efficient and friendly. They left the property immaculate. I am so pleased with my new windows and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have just had my fascia’s, guttering and garage door replaced and have received excellent service from start to finish. The work has been completed to a very high standard and has been admired by many of my neighbours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use homesmart again for any future work.

As well as the assurance of a quality product, the installer went the extra mile to ensure the installation looked great. Regular communication from the admin team was also good.

We needed 3 windows replaced after suffering water ingress. We hadn't heard of Homesmart before, but chose them because unlike others who quoted they were able to offer a complete service including replacement of lintels if necessary. Our two installers, Steve and Lee, arrived promptly, worked very tidily and efficiently and were a pleasure to have around the place.The windows installed are quality products and neighbours have already commented on the improved appearance.

We have just had 5 windows replaced.they were original casement windows and wanted them to be exactly the same to maintain the character of the house and match existing replacement windows...well..we needn't have worried..we are delighted with the result and have noticed a huge difference in terms of both sound and heat! Thank-you for delivering another fantastic service..the fitters were superb and took great care..we had one window size reduced so had a little bit of building work too...and the surveyor suggested an extra bit of detail which finished the windows off beautifully..my advice to anyone who wants to have old windows replaced..but worried about how it will look..ask the chaps round..they will give good advice.

Having used Home Smart before and had a good experience We decided to have our large bay window done.Again it was a very professional job from the first contact to the completed work.They kept us informed every step of the way. Very satisfied with the work they did

The fitters were pleasant, very tidy and helpful. The patio doors and windows look very smart. The office staff were also efficient in dealing with my order and queries.

We were cold called and I was led to believe the company was local to Andover. Eastleigh based, I would say is not local. We had a agent / sales rep visit to measure up. The person was very friendly and felt quite a nice visit and there was an example of the window shown. However at the end of the visit, the person priced up, in our living room. This is possibly how things are done nowadays, but my other dealings with companies will leave your home and send you a quote. So I get told the price of replacing all my windows- £11k. There the person sits, explaining if i do it "now" he can knock off £250. There was some scribbles on the paperwork about a future cost of being £12k if we leave it to later in the year. As this person sat in my living room, in an evening I felt there was pressure to sign a contract at that very moment whilst my children are home. We asked if me and my husband could talk about this I.e. when he had left our home. But he said OK I'll give you 10minutes and left our house to go have a cigarette. The tactic applied is neithet ethical or professional. Scaremongering tatics of "removing £250" from the price if we enter into a contract right now. And other pressure sharing the predicted cost "later in the year" I do not believe or trust the many new customer reviews, as they are not verified. I also question how a "small business" can be doing that much work with a new review on every other day. That quite a concidence. Some thoughts here whether they are a reputable company The company director response below, seeks to imply this is a fake review. Though has not sanctioned or denied the experienced I share is untrue or they do not operate like this as a company. Not entirely clear why anyone would write fake reviews that give a 1star, not really heard of that. I have heard of fake reviews giving 5 stars. The response below asks I contact him so he can begin an investigation, however I shared my experience with a different staff member. They didn't offer an investigation then. So don't be fooled by the company attempt to look genuine !

After the initial agreement there was first a survey to identify any issues before they occured and the fitting went smoothly. It took a week and they tidied up after each day. They have an excellent flexible platform system that means that scaffolding delays are avoided. The final result is good quality, neat and exactly what we wanted.

The sales staff were polite and friendly and very informative. We felt very comfortable with the discussions we had with the salesman and didn't feel that we in any pushed or rushed into making a decision The Window Fitting crews were very hard working, polite, tidied up thoroughly after each days work and quickly answered and remedied any of the minor queries we had The office team keep us well informed of any update4s to our order Overall we had a very positive experience with Homesmart

What a well organised company. From start to finish it went fantastically well. The guys who fitted the replacement unit were out of this world, here at 8.30am finished by 11.25 am. Thank you HomeSmart Installations Ltd - a deserved 5 star !!

There was no pressure selling and once ordered everything was scheduled perfectly to install. Unfortunately the door was not as ordered but the team pulled out all the stops to rectify it within a couple of days. The installation team were very efficient, clean and tidy and I am very pleased with the final outcome

Homesmart had a comprehensive catalogue for the type of doors that I needed. Their advisor guided me through making suitable choices. They kept me informed concerning the installation date and the crew arrived on the appointed date. The doors I ordered were efficiently installed and the team departed after tidying up and took the old doors away with them. Unfortunately after a couple of days I noticed there was a slight manufacturing defect on seal of the doors. I reported this to Homesmart and they immediately sent their inspector around to investigate the problem. The defective seals were replaced and the doors are now working well. I was impressed by their customer care and service in dealing with the situation when the problem occurred.

I am so happy with work done by HomeSmart, I have asked them to do more! Excellent work by friendly staff who also made very good job of clearing up after themselves. Products are also very good - my new front door receiving many compliments. No need to go elsewhere.

I had cladding done to the front of my house by Homesmart. An absolute great job done by lads Charlie and Callum. Can absolutely recommend the firm.
