I had all the external doors and windows replaced in my property over a period of 3 days. The fitters arrived on time on each occasion, were friendly, and professional and cleaned up to a high standard after they had finished. The office staff were also very friendly and professional and kept in touch with me before and after the installation to make sure I was happy with everything. I would certainly recommend this company.
We had our soffits, facia and downpipes replaced. They kept us informed, turned up on time, the guys who carried out the work were very professional, very pleased with the work well worth the cost.

HomeSmart Installations has been, for me, a very professional company to deal with. At every step in the process of considering new external doors, those representing the company, either in person or by phone, have been friendly, courteous, and helpful. Yesterday my 3 old wooden doors were replaced by Paul and Lee from HomeSmart. They were a friendly, cheerful duo who started work immediately on arrival, and completed the job within the day, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. From my own experience, the company and its employees are most praise-worthy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The doors, by the way, are well made, look really ‘home-smart’, are better insulated than my old ones - and won’t need painting!

We had a new flat roof for our property done as it was in need of repair. A very polite agent who had done some work a few houses away on double glazing knocked to apologise for any noise or disruption caused. A timely call as we knew the roof needed an inspection. We asked for a quote and whilst looking at the flat roof I asked if they could do some small repair work on our tiles and guttering. They did a fantastic job all round and did the extra jobs for no extra cost. I was impressed with the speed , workmanship and the tidying up after. Good job. Thankyou.
Installers arrived promptly. They were very courteous, considerate, tidy and did a great job. We are very happy with our new windows and the Company have made follow-up calls confirming we are satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
There was a slight delay in the actual build of the conservatory, but this was weather related. We were kept fully updated on start dates. Some misunderstanding regarding the soakaway, which we brought up a couple of times but the message didn't seem to get through until the guttering was installed. HomeSmart did get this sorted after a few phone calls. There were also a few smaller issues relating to the door handles, but again after a few calls, this was resolved. All round build quality is very good and the installers were a great bunch of guys and very polite.
I can review two visits. All three fitters did an excellent job, drank their tea before it went cold, All three windows are fine, easy to operate and look good on both sides. Homesmart will get eleven out of ten for any additional work that needs doing!
Very pleased with the windows; good product, installed on time, whole team very professional. Even when we had an issue - the scaffolders had broken a roof tile - HomeSmart sorted this quickly and efficiently; we weren’t just abandoned once we’d handed over our money. The only reason I’ve knocked off a star - and this isn’t a reflection on the individual concerned - is because the sales technique employed was very reminiscent of early 1990s timeshare, and my experience suggests that the company is better than that.

Marketing was informative and not pushy. Window and Patio Door products seems to be high quality. Installation went very smoothly and quickly with pleasant staff who left no mess.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Homesmart Installations. Loose and crumbling mortar removed from gable end of roof and grey plastic capping fitted for weather proofing. All resulting debris cleaned up and removed by HomeSmart. The 2 polite men who came worked quietly and efficiently. We were very happy with the standard of work and quote. Would definitely recommend and we will be using their services again.

Homesmart recently completed windows and loft insulation for us. In both cases, all the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful and didn't apply pressure. Both jobs were done quickly and effectively and minor niggles were dealt with quickly and effectively.
