The team were very efficient and pleasant and if it hadn’t been for the cigarette butts (my husband’s pet hate) it would have been 5 stars.
The installation engineer was excellent. My neighbour had agreed to let the installation engineer access my guttering from his property as the houses are very close. Whilst he was on my neighbour's property he spent about half an hour mending my neighbours guttering free of charge which I thought was most altruistic of him
Company's installers were experienced, efficient and well mannered. Installation across the whole house went well within the two days that had been scheduled. Windows and door fitted are extremely well made and fit perfectly and have already lessened drafts and road noise and with a noticeable reduction in condensation. Can't really fault this company at all.
Non pushy sales people, actually listened and helped. Great installation, the fitter was polite and notified me of what he was doing. Customer services also pleasant to talk to, whole experience was easy and uncomplicated, would highly recommend.

Windows and doors were installed with no issues previously so we used homesmart again for soffits and fascias. Again no issues - efficient and professional service and good quality product for a reasonable price.

Great product at a good price. The installation was excellent and on schedule - well done and thank you Geoff. We had a slight mix-up for the day scaffolding would be put up but a quick workaround overcame this and so this did not take away from the excellent service we received.
From start to finish, HomeSmart Installations have been first class. From the onset, our customer service contact was very helpful, keeping us informed of progress with our order and the work to be done and when. The installers were friendly, polite, hard-working and very professional. Though early days, they have done a great job and we are very pleased with the result to enhance the appearance of our property and long-term maintenance. After installation, customer service ensured that we were happy with all aspects of the process. The attention to detail on their behalf has been second to none. A very competitive price for a small conservatory, Nicely built with a good tidy clean finish. The lads were also very polite & helpful. Also excellent follow up from customer services. They would have scored 5 but I only gave them 4 as one of the lads slipped on a very wet patio, not his fault, and dropped a sheet of glass that belonged on the roof. Although they boarded the gap well and it did not leak. The job was finished in just one day apart from the glass panel on the roof and it took nearly 2 weeks to sort out and fit the new glass panel. The old gutter did not fit into the new new box section but they replaced it with a new length immediately. Unfortunately an overflow pipe from the tank in the loft came through the fascia just in the place which prevented the fall of the gutter. They patched this but used too much mastic for my liking. This problem was eventually fixed after another week talking to at Mark at there extremely helpful customer services. Job finished to our total satisfaction.
Very pleased with the installation team of Sandy, Wayne & Alex - very clean and tidy all hoovering completed by them - also didn't waste time - job completed very satisfactorily However, when paying by credit card to HomeSmart we hit a problem - it appears that their payment system is not up to date and kept declining our card - this was very embarrassing as we knew there were sufficient funds available - called credit card company who confirmed the fault was with HomeSmart system which was reputed by HomeSmart Payment was finally accepted by HomeSmart using their old system
Brilliant from start to finish.The salesman was polite & not pushy at all.Great selection of styles and colours for doors which we were looking for to replace our old front door.The new door has transformed the look of the house, and we certainly notice the difference with not having a gale blowing under it.
I was very happy with the installation of my new soffits ,fascia and guttering .The work was carried out by a very professional and skilful fitter who worked in a safe environment.At the end of each day he cleaned up and took all the rubbish away I would recommend this company

We have been buying plastic from Homesmart for a long time now and these guys are amazing from start to finish. Their prices are very competitive and the service they provide is outstanding, for example; at a drop of hat they deliver products to our jobs and we can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The two fitters arrived on time were very friendly and polite. They got to work straight away and did a first rate job, at the end of the job I was shown how to operate the door. They finished by clearing away and left everything clean and tidy. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK AND THE SERVICE.

The guy was friendly & very polite, the work was done with minimal mess, they did a great job and we are very pleased with our new windows. Everything was covered and cleaned up when they had finished. Highly recommended after a quick and efficient service.
