Right from the start everything was very professional. From the original call to the various updates, everyone was extremely helpful. The young men who fitted the garage door were also very professional and just got on with the job, did a first class job and cleared up any mess. Very happy!

The workmen arrived bang on time, told me how long job would take, left everything tidy and now we have a brand new spanking front door .In the past the guarantees and warranties arrived automatically after the work was done .Am delighted to be able to provide this first class reference because virtually all other companies in the past have been a disappointment somewhere along the line. HomeSmart have obviously worked hard to gain an enviably good reputation and they continue to work hard to maintain this .All of my dealings with the Company have been good.I have placed a further order with them for a new back door to be installed later in the year .

The experience was very good. The boys were very efficient and quick and done the main work in one day. They came back the next morning to finish. Very polite and tidied up afterwards.

Lee and Steve arrived early, they were polite and very cheerful explaining all the way through exactly what they were doing. The work was carried out to our satisfaction thank you. We have had a call to our premises from Simon the surveyor to check he was happy with the work done and a follow up phone call from the office. Another gentleman from Home smart came around this morning to check we were happy with everything about the installation yesterday which was nice so we would definitely recommended Home smart and use them again if and when we need any other work done thank you.

The job was done with minimum disturbance and everything left clean and tidy. I am happy with the new patio which looks very smart. The price was reasonable and the company is well organised and has good communication.

All the way through the procedure HomeSmart kept me informed, installation date, price etc.. The date given for the installation was kept, their staff were polite, courteous, tidying up as they moved from one side of the property to the other. When finished the bins were put back the path swept free of moss from the guttering any stray bits and pieces and everything looked great.

Had soffits, fascias & guttering replaced for my 5 bed detached house. Very pleased with the process and the results. Good communication and customer care, excellent quality of workmanship and completed more quickly than expected.

Received a cold call from this company and we normally say " No thank you " but on this occasion we didn't and very glad we made the right decision.Within 2 days the salesman was out, gave us a quote and we accepted, 4 weeks later we had a new roof on our sun lounge. We had a team of 3 men who were very polite and very hard working. The day after the job was completed, the after sales person arrived to check if we were satisfied with job. The door and its installation were fine and we're very happy with it. Did not like the cowboy style of salesmanship, where the prices appear to be prised out of the air, with the offer of a differential of almost £2000 to take an early installation. This technique feels very 1970s, with "calls to my boss to see what we can do"... Not impressive although the product and quality were fine.

Very pleased with cladding installed to exterior of house. Geoff did an excellent job, completed to a very high standard. The house looks fresh and smart, replacing brickwork which needed repointing and rendering which was cracking and needed replacing.

My first knowledge of Homesmart Installations came from a flyer through my door. Whilst I had no need for their services for my own property due to it being a rental, I had been looking for a company to fit some new windows and doors at my elderly Grandparent's property. With this factor in mind, I set an extremely high standard in all areas because of my Grandparent's vulnerability. I am happy to say that HomeSmart stands out in all areas. From the point of initial contact, everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and courteous, and took me through every step to ensure we understood what the process was for ordering this service. The next stage was the member of staff who attended the property. His name was Jordan and he is a credit to Homesmart. Even though he's a young lad, I was so impressed with how well he conversed with my grandparents and put them at ease. Very easy to talk to and relate to. He explained everything and made sure I understood everything before he left. I was also impressed at Homesmart's policy for dealing with vulnerable customers. They are extremely precise on ensuring that the customer is never taken advantage of or agrees to something that they don't understand. This should give anyone reassurance that is planning on having work done to an elderly or vulnerable relative's property. The work was carried out exactly when they said it would be. The two guys who fitted everything worked so hard to ensure that my grandparents had a minimal disruption to their day. I also say judge a company not on mistakes they make or issues they face, but how well or soon they overcome and respond to these factors. Homesmart responded immediately to a few minor mistakes and rectified them immediately. In the end, my grandparent's property was left clean and tidy and the quality of the product is excellent. The other thing I must point out is how much all of the staff came across as genuinely enjoying working for HomeSmart Installations. They say the company treats them well and is very well run and employs a modern approach to keeping their staff motivated. If you have motivated staff, you get a much better output! In summary, a company that I would have no hesitation in recommending. I have also recommended them to my landlord who I believe will be making enquiries soon. Thank you Homesmart Installations.
