I've had many jobs done by HomeSmart over the years. Their work is done very professionally. ------------ UPDATE: Unfortunately, I must update this review. I've been waiting months for the aftersales department to sort out my patio. Despite being in contact 3 times, someone is yet to remedy the issue. I've been waiting for about 3 months. Whilst the Sales side seemed to be quite impressive, I'm utterly disappointed by the aftersales support. Ironically, this was one of the selling points offered to me on the purchase. I'll not be taking any more of their calls/products.

New front door and bathroom window. From the first day we contacted them to the day of installation we were kept updated of the progress and the day they came it was done very efficiently. All left clean and tidy when job completed.

From the first enquiry through to finished work, service was impeccable. Friendly, helpful and not charging the Earth. Our conservatory roof insulation has made the house warmer already. We now feel silly for not getting it done much sooner. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Homesmart installations in the future.

Just had all the windows in my house replaced. The old ones were single-glazed timber, split into panels by dividing uprights and rotting in places. The new windows are clean, white and make all our rooms look and feel brighter. We opted for plain windows with no central dividers. Good choice. We now have beautiful, panoramic views. With trees front and back frequented by lots of birds, this is a definite major plus. Hopefully, the new windows will also significantly reduce heat loss from the house. The fitters, Wayne, Sandy and Alex, were excellent, working quickly, quietly and efficiently as a team despite cold and rain on a difficult three day job. My reason for knocking off a star is just the corny initial sales technique used by the company, where they pitch you a really high price then lower it in stages. It would be so much nicer and more honest to simply offer the best price to begin with. I mean, I can see why they don't. It's the psychology of selling. It just sits uneasily with me, but then I've never been a big fan of capitalism. That said, everyone else at the company has been very helpful, clear about the various stages of the process and responsive to any questions put to them. The job was only completed yesterday and it's such a big change it'll take some getting used to. So far though, everything looks good.

Having explained to the representative who called on us what I did not want to hear in a telephone call to make an appointment, that was exactly what I got. Most off putting, telling me about compliance, asking if either my wife or I had any power of attorney on us. This is an intrusion into personal matters and has no bearing on what they offered to do. Sounds like pressure selling. When will people learn?

Really pleased with the job completed and looks great overall. Andy the fitter was professional and a really nice guy to have on site. He kept us updated on the progress and actually completed well within the estimated time, which was a big help.

Homesmart came along and replaced my very old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new blue glass roof. A big upgrade in light through to the back of the house, and a significant aesthetic improvement. The work crew were a lovely bunch of lads who were confident, professional and cleaned up meticulously after the job was completed. Very happy with the results.

The team worked well together, we're very friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all our questions with ease. The fishing looks brilliant and they did a thorough cleanup before they left. Thanks for a job well done.

Homesmart from the beginning, they were upfront about everything. No pushy salesman, everything from agreeing to have the work done to completion of the work was hassle free. Andy who carried out the work arrived on time and did a excellent clean and tidy job. Our conservatory feels warmer now the new ceiling insulation has been fitted.

Although a total stab in the dark going with Home Smart was the right choice for us. Our confidence was boosted when we had the materials delivery. We could see that the materials were of good quality and substantial. The installation team were professional, very approachable and checked that we were happy with things as they progressed through the job. New roller doors fitted. The installation was completed on time and very efficiently. The fitters were very polite and cheerful. All was left clean and tidy.

Our new conservatory is more than we expected. The installation took slightly longer than expected due to a few problems with the floor and also the weather. However, the finished product was worth the wait. We obtained a few quotes from other companies with whom we had previously dealt with and although HomeSmart were slightly more expensive, their offer was customised to our requirements. We are very satisfied.

Initial call to successful installation less than 14 days, competitive price, great information and service. We look forward to seeing the benefits of the new loft insulation. Well done.
