Lovely plants delivered very quickly and well packed.

The plants you sent look very healthy. They arrived promptly but to my next door neighbour who kindly redelivered them. I know it is confusing as we live on a corner and next door is also No1 but the street names are different. This is no reflection on you but your carrier 😊

Every time I get a Hayloft catalogue I tell myself to remember that the plants are minute and take forever to arrive, always much later than the advertised date. Thus, they are rarely established until at least the following year. And then I get lured by something unusual. This year was the worst ever - the order simply did not arrive. Much emailing later and apparently one of the items was no longer available and this had negated the entire order. No one had told me. It was eventually sorted (on my instigation, note) and eventually some of the order arrived. Very late on in the season. This really is the last time I will order from Hayloft. Also saw an unusual plant for a massive amount more than an identical (but larger) one bought from a little local nursery up the road.

There was no problem about a refund when l realised l would have to wait some time for the plant l wanted to come back in stock. Also good healthy plants

I have only bought two plants from you. While your plants are top quality I personally find them to be very expensive.

Ordered 5 x Hydrangea Paniculata Groundbreaker on 20.July.24. I was aware these would not be available until 20.Sep.24, unfortunately Hayloft did not advise me until 08.Sep.24 that these would not be available until 04.April.25. Why did it take so long to advise me? I felt Hayloft were expecting me to wait from July 24 until April 25 for my order! When I emailed Hayloft to cancel this order, and to explain, I was so disappointed, they did not care, I received email advising money would be refunded within 5 to 10 working days! I have since emailed Hayloft to remove my details and close my account, again Hayloft were uninterested, they are obviously doing so well, they can afford to lose customers.

Great plant company, always lovely, healthy plants.

The plants were late in coming and, despite being told I would be away, they were left in a hot porch. On our return, two of the plants had shrivelled up. I sent a message to Hayloft explaining what had happened and-in their favour- they refunded me for the two plants as no more were available. I would say plants do not always perform to order and allow yourself more time to receive them.

Have ordered many plants online and end up being disappointed. This was no exception unfortunately. The plants were in poor condition on arrival but died within a week despite trying hard to save them. Am now buying plants from local garden centres which is more expensive initially but at least I know they are healthy.

Plants bent over in box smaller than plant height. Healthy plants ruined for this year. Hope they recover for next year. Packaging let’s this company down.

Every plant arrived in beautiful condition, information on how and when to plant enclosed. A great experience and I look forward to ordering again in the Spring.

I ordered three agapanthus & they arrived beautifully packed, I was extremely impressed.

In general a friendly and helpful team, I was kept informed at all times. Nearly all the items I ordered were in good condition and have grown well. I would order from them again. One problem I experienced was with small multiple orders, in my case pansies, which came in plugs that were too small so I lost many of them. I would suggest to Hayloft they let them grown on a little more before selling them.
