The website was easy to use. The plants arrived quickly they were well packed and in good condition.

When I placed the order, the delivery date was stated as to be after 18th October '24 which was ok as I was away from home until the 16th Oct. Whilst away I had a e-mail to my phone on or about 6th October to inform me that the order was on it's way. I ask them to delay as their is high security to my home. The box of plants was throne over the 6ft high fence, all plants damaged

It would have been nice if they enclosed a gift card so I can thank the person who sent me this unexpected gift

The order arrived in very good condition, despite a delay due to availability. I was kept informed of the delay and of availability in good time.

They look great and work a treat. Certainly put the pigeons in their place!

I sent you emails complaining about the fact the plants you sent me were dead. Sent you photos of them. Your reply was you would send me a refund or new plants. I received neither. I have had nothing from you since and would never recommend this site or use you again.

Plants finally arrived over 18 months late. I rang to ask why they didn’t arrive when they were due and was told they would be with me shortly but as time passed I just wrote them off and no apology when they came

I ordered a lot of plants totally £359. They arrived in dribs and drabs as they became available. Nearly all of them were incredibly tiny and arrived bedraggled and leafless and then died. One of the plants was out of stock for 3 and a half years. I just received it. Yep, it’s tiny, leafless and looks like it’s about to die.

Delivered on-time. Surprised at different sizes of same plant. Also, a little more specific instruction would have helped.

Total nightmare. I was given several different dates for the late arrival of my plants and eventually cancelled the order. Needless to say it arrived with no apology a couple of days later. At no time was an apology offered. Absolutely no idea of customer service. DO NOT RISK USING THIS COMPANY

Thank you for my order place 2/3 years ago it arrived Ok the parcel did not arrive ok but still the plants were Ok

Received parcel well packaged. Plants were bone dry and had dropped their leaves. Hopefully they will recover. This order has been a long time due to quality but I have stuck with Hayloft to know what is what. Pleased to have finally received them as originally ordered for birthday gifts and they have arrived just in time for this year’s birthday present. Overall very happy to do business with Hayloft

Live plants arrived well packed in excellent condition I also like the idea of them been in their own cells in a mini greenhouse so as not to get crushed together and thirdly the service was excellent

Good delivery but the plant has a little twisted stem.

Small expensive plants, that I don’t think will last the winter. Full order not sent, had to chase for a refund. Won’t use again
