Ordering was easy online and the plants were delivered on schedule. They arrived well packaged and healthy and are doing well in our unheated greenhouse ready to plant out in a few weeks. Very happy with the service and quality of the plants supplied.

Well packaged plants and looked to be in good health. Knocked a star off because one of the plants was mis-labelled. Ordered 5 thornless pyracantha and 5 thorned ones but 6 had thorns and 4 thornless - the pot was labelled incorrectly on one.

The plant hamamelis mollis has recently been grafted and £12 for such a small plant is a bit excessive ,I know it’s in a 9 cm pot but it’s not what I was expecting.

I bought through Hayloft because of an offer I saw in (I think) the Telegraph. I get sale catalogues from several on-line garden suppliers but what appealed to me was the section providing advice on, in my case, the best shrubs for particular direction facing and shade tolerating aspects. That is why I put in my order, which was excellently carried out by Hayloft without me focusing on who was the supplier.

Have bought plants from this company before but this order (five peony tubers) the packing was insufficient to protect the tubers . They were placed in a plastic bag in a large cardboard box along with a heavy bag of flower food with no bubble wrap to protect or keep in place so they were slightly damaged on arrival.The planting instructions were also missing
