My plants arrived when scheduled and they had been very well packed. Even though the box had had a hard life on its way to me the plants were snugly tucked up inside, undamaged. Thankyou!
I ordered 2 different types of bare rooted plants. They arrived sooner than estimated, were well packaged and the quality of the plants was excellent. Full instructions for care and planting etc was also supplied. I have purchased from Hayloft previously and have found them to give and supply a first class product and service.

I received the 3 plants I ordered from Hayloft and they are well packaged, healthy looking plants, obviously well cared for at the nursery. Delivery was prompt and the driver handled the package with care. No bumps, tears etc Extremely happy with quality of the plants and I shall not hesitate to order from Hayloft again.

I had an order delivered which I believe took longer than expected. The plants were very dry, so there was a lot of loose soil. I wrote to complain and was asked to send photos which I did. One plant has no flowers, one is fine and the last one had new buds broken off in transit.
Plants arrived in very good condition so was able to plant them out within 24 hours. Well packaged, upright in cardboard box, in 2 bunches with damp bare roots in plastic bags. Have used Hayloft before and would recommend.

The hellebores were well packed and arrived safely. Very healthy looking. The only snag is they are not individually marked so I cannot tell the difference between them.
