The plant arrived in very poor condition, bent over to fit the packaging. I sent a photo to Hayloft, who replied that it didn't ' look great' but would probably pick up with 'some tender loving care'. I returned the plant and am currently waiting fir a refund. Poor quality plant and in my opinion very unprofessional customer service. Would not buy anything from them again
