The Primrosed arrived in perfect condition, they are now in the ground and are doing well. The Bluebell bulbs are also in the ground now but I have a few months to wait for any progress. The prices charged were very reasonable and delivery was prompt.

Delivered a day early so gave me time to plant and mulch. The plants were in good condition and I especially like the TUMAINI - swahili word for Hope - a nice touch as the name of my house. Will definitely order from Hayloft again.

I’m pleased with Hayloft, the packaging was good, the bulbs look healthy. However, I was not impressed with your choice of delivery, in this case Yodel! I think Evri are the worst, but they are either joint first, or a very close second. I bought other plants online, they arrived the day before, with Yodel, but not to the address they were given, they were delivered to another property and left outside. The reason being, that was where the sat nave took them to!!! The next day, I saw the van go past, sent my husband after it, to relieve the delivery driver of my Hayloft order. No questions asked, no name check. Yodel are impossible to contact, and their drivers clearly don’t read, or can find an address. I will not have Evri at my property, and this goes for Yodel too. Absolutely terrible delivery services. So both you and Sarah Raven failed, loss of two stars for you, I didn’t give SR any, as I didn’t receive the plants!
