Excellent service from order to delivery. My only issue One of the pot plants were in very good condition and about 14cms height, the other two were very small with minimum leafage. BUT all had good root formation. I just hope the two 'tiddlers' see through the winter ok!!

I ordered three alstroemerias. Before I placed the order, I emailed Hayloft for advice as I don’t have a greenhouse for over wintering. They replied immediately with sound advice. The plants arrived, totally encased in plastic (or firm) containers. They were much bigger than I expected, about 10inches tall and 6 inches wide. They were fresh and looked healthy and sturdy. Excellent service - I will definitely buy from Hayloft again

Fast delivery and good plants

Ordered 3 different plants online in mid-July, but nothing received yet. Upon receipt of the order confirmation it states that 2 of the three will not be delivered until next year, one of them 14 months from date of order! None of this was explicit from their brochure. The item that was expected in August has now been delayed twice, which I have been informed of by email. They have at least provided the option of cancelling the order, which I did. Nobody wants to wait for over a year for some garden plants, however nice they are!
