I'm a resident living on one of the Greenbelt sights in the North East of England and for the money we pay for the upkeep of the communal areas I think is really good value for money.

Greenbelt maintain our new build estate and they always have the site looking nice and neat. All the workers are always very polite and take alot of care when carrying out work on the estate. Keep up the great work 👍
I found gardeners very helpful today when I asked them to clear dumped rubbish in the dyke on our open area. They cleared immediately and kept the dyke flowing during rainfall.

If I could give a minus rating I would!! Absolutely vile and useless company who only care about extorting money from people. I’ve never come across a company so desperate to do nothing. I have wild Cherry tree roots encroaching on my garden and my whole lawn will need dug up. Which we are prepared to undertake ourselves. But they won’t remove the tree unless I get a structural engineers report saying it’s damaged my house. Everyone we communicate with change the story. It’s just constant waffle and lies. All we want is the tree removed but they refuse. I’m going to have to take Legal action. And don’t even bother replying on here to say I’ve to contact you because I’ve been down this route before. I’m not interested in anything you have to say. Just get here and remove the tree!!!! It’s that simple!!!
We have found Greenbelt to be very good and keep us informed. If I have a query customer services are very helpful. They have been maintaining the areas well to ensure the estate looks good.

Not sure where the reviews on here come from - the reviews on REVIEWS.IO are more representative- terrible ignorant people to deal with - thier plants are causing significant damage to my property and they basically couldn't care less - would be nice if they responded to my mails - my insurers, when i spoke to them, weren't complimentary either. There's even a Facebook group - Unhappy Homeowners against Greenbelt Group - says it all really...11/12/2023 Greenbelt have only responded to this entry - they have not yet responded to me personally - this is not an appropriate format for further discussion but of course they will respond here won't they....
Good service, nearly 7 years now on the new estate managed by this company. In the begining there were some water logging issues in an area, which were resolved. I speak to site attendant whenever I see him on our estate. The attendant was very helpful to provide two new trees.
Pauline was very helpful at setting up my direct debit which I wasn't able to do online.
We live on a development in Leeds and gardeners are polite and maintain the grounds regularly. The green looks tidy so compliment from us. Thank you.

The questionable abundance of reviews exclusively from those singing Greenbelt's praises adds a layer of skepticism. If you're in the market for a property management experience without the dramatic pricing and suspicious reviews, exploring alternative options might be a more prudent choice. Having called their customer team today 13/12/2023 following their comments and making direct reference to my email correspondence with their fiance team, the poor gentleman couldn't see our emails. This is really scary for a company who charges eye watering prices for services people don't actually want on their estates. I'll await a call back and would be happy to discuss to bring my concern to a resolution?
