I received a letter to pay but I wanted to spread the payments, I tried calling the office a few times but went straight to answer phone, I then submitted an enquiry saying I had tried calling and I wanted to spread the payment. They replied telling me I can spread the payments over 10 months and asked me to call the office. I tried calling a total of 13 times and gave up. But on a lighter note the website is easy to use and easy to pay if you just want to pay in full

Greenbelt manage the green areas of our development. They have recently cleaned out the pond in front of my house. Made a bit of a mess of the grass, but you cant make an omelette without breaking eggs. Area has been levelled and resown with grass seed and is now recovering well. The team who carry out the maintenance are very obliging and always leave the area looking good.

Following this year's bill, I challenged a number of inaccuracies. I received one email reply that did not answer any of my questions but just offered meaningless platitudes. I pursued my concerns and asked for evidence of the invoices used to calculate my bill - funnily enough, silence has now ensued. I can only assume therefore that my bill has been invented rather than calculated. Update following Greenbelt's response: Yes, the bill is itemised but as I originally said, I contacted you to challenge a number of inaccuracies with several of the items. Yes, I did contact you via email but as I originally said, you have not responded any further. I also said in the only reply I did receive you just offered meaningless platitudes. On this point, thank you for demonstrating this in your response below.

Having recently just sold our property which was subject to Greenbelt charge, I can only say I would never buy a property again that had Greenbelt management. As an example of their poor service, the landscapers working for GB would drive onto the development, park on the grass verges (thus destroying the grass) before doing some very poor “maintenance” of the landscaped areas before leaving. Charges increase year on year despite there being more people on the development contributing to the charge. Impossible to deal with.

Absolutely shambolic company who appear to do nothing other than take our money. I have approached the company on many occasions regarding damage from water entering my property from land managed by them. Also trees over my property which they say are safe and an Independent assessor stated the opposite. The cutting of grass in the common areas is done by inept workmen who leave grass cuttings littering our streets. If they monitor this forum I invite them to contact me and discuss these matters please 🙏

I visited an area in Northampton, managed by Greenbelt and it is lovely to see a company making such appealing, pretty areas, especially when people are stuck at home currently due to Covid at least they have such a sight at home! it is a hidden gem, a beautiful area, it was good to see children so content playing in nature! my grandchildren had a great time playing in the park, Greenbelt maintain the play area and the open space so well here, keep up the work! :)

I visited Barton Seagrave, an area managed by Greenbelt and it was lovely, well and truly pleasing to the eye, When walking around the area for a Sunday stroll, it is really nice to see children engaging with the wildlife, right outside their homes! can also see just how well maintained it really is, the pond, the greenery, just everything! keep up the excellent work, couldn't be more impressed.

We receive an excellent service. The lads come every two weeks and make the green areas look very tidy. Top service.

Since we moved to our new home we have been impressed that the area round our house has been well maintained which makes our estate look great. Really pleased.

The green spaces around my home are always maintained which has especially been important in this last year with being at home more. Thank you.

Took little ones to play area managed by Greenbelt. It was lovely! The kids had a great day and there’s lots of things for them to do. I live nearby and the stuff closer to me isn’t nearly as good. It’s March and you can tell that the area is being seen to. I spoke to somebody from Greenbelt as they took away a swing, they were very friendly and said it was damaged and is going to be replaced! I hope they get a new one back soon! We’ll definitely come to this play area again!

I have been a resident on a development of in Leeds for a number of years, the green lawns in front of our houses always done and looking good. We erect a Christmas Tree in square in December which brings us all together. Gardeners visit regularly and do a top notch job.

Lying and conniving staff, only do the absolute minimum and they do it badly. Photo evidence of workers hiding and dumping waste in woods which they've been paid to clear and dispose of off site. Very little knowledge of trees and landscaping. This company is an absolute joke.They care very little about customer satisfaction, only interested in charging as much as possible for minimum work and maximum profit. Disgraceful company, avoid at all costs.
