I had a great experience with Grass Warehouse from start to finish - I was really wary about shopping with them after a bad experience with their sister site (see my other review) but whether they have different systems/staff or what, I don't know, but the experience this time couldn't be smoother. The grass was despatched and delivered quickly by lovely couriers, was sized perfectly as ordered, easy to install and looks fabulous in the garden. I was specifically looking for a wide-width, pet-friendly grass which didn't look unnaturally green and this perfectly fits the bill for us.
A very good price for the artificial grass I purchased. Delivery was prompt and arrived on time. One small issue with the grass purchased, 4 metres wide by 7 metres long. The grass at some point had been folded in half which left a visible line when laid flat. Hopefully the line will disappear once the grass has rested in place prior to gluing to concrete.
