Attentative advisor

I was given a delivery window of five days which my builder was happy to work around. I then get an email to say it would be arriving two days after the window and we are not at home . It would help if you could give options on delivery. It also says on website that my product was in store ready for cutting to size .

We have got artificial grass in the rear garden because we have dogs and it is so much easier to maintain, we just had a couple of areas left that the dogs have turned into a bit of a mud pit, now we have a tidy garden and clean dogs😄. Really pleased with the colour match to the existing, also good quality. Thanks

I started my garden last March and was in contact with Grass Warehouse. I had samples sent to me and an advisor was in touch to ask how I’d got on with the samples etc. as the summer went on the project slowly took place, the grass would be the last bit to order. The garden took much longer to do and I then left the grass order to wait until this year when the weather picked up. I ordered the grass and it came within a few days. It looks amazing and has come at a super great cost! I can’t fault them for anything 😊

Long Crap delivery date

The product is good for value however the delivery was poor. Delivery was due in a 3 door window between a wednesday and Friday. Got message to say would be 2 days late, Sunday between 6&9pm.

I was able to order my samples on line and got an email in regards to my order.

Order placed on 1st April, for delivery between 9th - 11th April. Initial contact was good when I asked if courier would bring into garden as opposed to kerbside delivery. Unfortunately Grass Warehouse didn't despatch goods until the 10th April, and my order is now in the hands of the courier who has not been able to give me a delivery date. I had arranged for a landscape gardener to put the astro turf down on the 16th April, plenty of time from order, or so I thought. Would not use this Company again, I can't even get a call back as promised with an update.
