They request that you provide meter readings every month and amend their bills accordingly i.e. they try to be fair and not to hang onto your money.

Very pleased. Transition very smooth. They were not compatible with smart meters initally so had to submit my own readings for a while. They have now embraced that technology and the issue has been resolved.

Quick response to emails. Always kept up to date with any changes to payments or plans. Based on my consumption, Goto have been the cheapest supplier of gas & electricity last year and for the coming year (checked on a couple of comparison websites.) All good :)

Easy to understand tariff review A very quick and responsive reply to my query My only problem was that the link to the suggested new tariff,did not work Your representative has indicated that this was probably because the tariff offered had been withdrawn.If this is so, it would help if your site stated this, when accessed through the "link" I was still pleased with your service, overall Regards - Dennis Winstanley

Wanted to change from British Gas. Rang up Go To Energy. Spoke to Ian, who was very helpful, explaining the tariffs etc. Decided to activate the change, details given and all completed in minutes. Great to actually speak to someone. My energy changes to Go to in a few days, will see how it goes.

When Iresa went bust I was switched to Octopus and was quite happy with them. Then I signed with 'Look After My Bills' who signed me up with Goto Energy. I have been with then for almost a year now and have to say that I am more than content with them. With Octopus I was paying £120 a month; now I pay only £84 and am still £150 in credit (which is coming down now in the winter months). I expect to have used up my credit at about the same time as the warmer weather arrives. The point of signing with 'Look After My Bills' is that they check your tariff towards the end of the year and automatically switch you to another supplier if they find a better deal. I am delighted to report they haven't found anything better and recommend I stay with Goto Energy. The tariff I am on ends soon so I am currently researching to decide which of their tariffs, (fixed or variable), to change to.

Goto looked after my cost for Electric & Gas in 2020 to my satisfaction, was always helpful if you had any queries. I have therefore agreed for GOTO to look after my bills for 2021.

I phoned up to renew my electricity contract and I wasn't even on the phone for 5 minutes, someone actually answered the phone who I could understand and he ( Ian ) explained everything perfectly. Quick & very easy to do Well done, this is how it should be done
