Goto.energy has been good throughout, only wish if was advised to pay a little more if I was in debt so I don’t have a build up of a big amount to pay coming up to the end of my renewal.

I have been with Goto now for 3 months and I can say so far, I am very happy. Their website is easy to use, I like the layout and it's straightforward. They prompt you for meter readings, putting your readings in is easy. When I called them up to query something they were very good and didn't waste my time. That they are also in Kent and a regional business with no foreign call centre is another plus. Their kWh rates and standing charges are reasonable if not competitive. Came for the rates, staying for the service! Also, a small thing but their bills are compact and easy to make heads and tails of, unlike some who give you the whole works of Shakespeare and the terms of service every month.

Very pleased with Goto since changing my energy last year very helpful no pressure sales saved a lot of money easy to send meter readings always answer phone if you need to call excellent
