I found the team helpful in reminding me my contract would be expiring soon which was done by email. I then received a courteous telephone call to enquire if I was satisfied with my new tariff. I explained I had not given it any thought as there was still over a month to go on the old tariff. The team member gave me the cost and I said I would phone back after due consideration. On the advice of my son and the low increase in charges I phoned and accepted the new tariff thanking the person I had spoken to previously for the clarity of her explanation and understanding that I wished time to think over what was offered.
Good efficient service. Unfortunately new contract is approximately 16% increase on last year and my pension only increases by about 3%. Apart from that they are still one of the cheapest suppliers.
Felt at first this deal was so good - old cost was £160 - under this deal became £88 but only for a very short time when it shot up to £140 - did start to think it was a con just to get my custom - never the less it is still a small saving on my old bill so I cant moan can I?

Best tariff now for the last 2 years easy to speak to the customer service team and prompt email to confirm everything. Also very easy to submit meter readings
