I was so impressed with how your Employee Sarah handled my enquiry and could not have been more helpful as I said to her as we ended the call it had been a very productive call for me her advice was very helpful on setting up my goto energy app and talked me through the opinions I had with having a refund or lowering my month payment truly could not of expected more brilliant

switching to goto energy was the best thing I done I was with SSE for years and like a lot of people you tend to stay with your supplier. But watching Martin Lewis he always says change your supplier.goto.energy are so easy to deal with English speaking friendly staff on the telephone and based in Kent.highly recommend to anybody that’s looking to switch and save money switching is easy

Over the years, our energy has been supplied by a variety of different companies. None has been as good as goto.energy! Regular readings are always dealt with quickly and account details updated so that a detailed check can be kept on both energy use and spend. Staff are unfailing polite and, as importantly, helpful. Tariffs are competitive! That is why we have remained with goto.energy rather than changing supplier.

Very pleased with the past 12 months we have been with goto energy for gas and electric and have just signed up for another 12 month fixed rate deal. Green energy with the added plus of competitive pricing. Very user-friendly website, easy to navigate to enter meter readings. Also seem to have nailed the accuracy of our monthly payments - they are not sitting on hundreds of pounds of our money or constantly trying to increase our payments, as we have experienced with multiple, larger suppliers! Great to be able to support a UK company with friendly UK-based customer service.

Called Go To, to join and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, I have had previous poor experiences with switching supplier and so I am hopeful this time will be smooth and trouble free

I have been with Goto Energy since Feb 2020 on the "In Control green tariff" (duel fuel, direct debit). Switching was simple and at the time they were the cheapest green supplier for us. The customer service is outstanding. The phone is answered within a few rings by an actual human being who knows what they are doing- a nice contrast to many energy companies! I phoned them today to query my bill, sent them photos of the meters to confirm the meter readings and everything was sorted out very quickly. I even spoke to the same person again when I rang back a second time. The app, billing and website are also great and easy to use. When this deal ends, the price difference will have to be significant to persuade me to change away from Goto Energy to a different supplier!

I find the App really easy to use. As your account is looked at each month and any changes in energy use are taken into account there are no nasty surprises. When I have had to speak to anyone the staff have been lovely and very helpful and that is why at renewal I stayed with them.
