Very helpfull and welcome conversation with GoTo's excellent Ian convinced me that my inclination to stay with GoTo was justified. I told Ian that one of the factors was the excellent use of appropriate typography and layout which makes the accounts statements very easily readable. Thanks indeed.
Terrible company out to con you out of money, keep raising my direct debt. Monthly usage (which i keep an eye on every month) Is on or around £60-£70 maximum, yet they need £105 a month and seem to want to up it every other month, apparently now i am told that direct debt will be going up again due to covid usage being more, to which they have already been told i have no higher usage as i always keep track, i am £300 in credit and like others have said they will not give me anything like the amount they hold back, i am now leaving the company at the end of the month to which they still want £123 for the month even though the £300 credit is still in their pockets, and so far this month my usage is at £18, Terrible company would not recommend at all very poor customer service also... just out to take money that is all.. i will be in contact with them to get my money back, if that fails again it will be dealt with through my solicitor.
