Great, fast service. High-quality instrumentation available at reasonable prices. A great alternative to buying a device when you only need it for a small amount of time. Customer service was spot on to answer my questions.

Placed an order April 16 for a cordless tool at around $450. At the time, the website showed 4 in stock. It's now May 9 and for about the 3rd time I've checked on the status of the order only to find the expected shipping date has been pushed back (again). Starting about a week ago, I sent messages via their Facebook page with no response. I've received no email communication explaining the delay. I wondered if they didn't actually have stock, but the website still shows 1 available right now. I ordered this tool ahead of time for a specific purpose. I purchased here because the website showed 4 in stock while other suppliers showed no stock. The delay is frustrating, but not as much as the inability to plan based on clear and accurate communication. Just any communication would be helpful at this point.

If i could give them no stars I would. Horrible customer service just horrible. They have no clue how to ship orders on time and horrible follow up. They honestly don't care about you the customer.

I rented a IR camera from Global Test for some work I was doing on pest control. The product worked well, they even gave me extra time so it was well worth working with this company.
