Delivered parts on time and promptly.

The customer service personnel were very friendly and helpful. However my repair status was not being notified to me. I had to contact Global test Supply number to hear about updates. I didn't receive any email nor call notifications on the status of my repair.

Prices were great, shipping was fast and free, and delivery was on time.

Helpfulness is the word that comes to mind when I think about Global Test Supply. It was so easy to sign up and the equipment was on site two days later. I had a devil of a time working w/ similar companies, who made it so difficult to simply rent equipment w/ weeks of delay. Not so w/ Global Test, thankfully. Equipment was well-maintained, and returning after use was easy. We'll definitely use Global Test again for future needs.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. I sought out a hard-to-find item on Global Test Supply's website, and ordered two of them. When the items arrived they were not the item I ordered. It took me several attempts to get in touch with their customer service, but the call center representative was very courteous and asked me to send some photographs via email. After that I recieved a curt email claiming The item I recieved was in fact the item I ordered. I wrote a reply asking how I came to order an item which was not the item named on their website, not the item pictured on their website, and not the item relevant to the manufacturer documents linked to from their website. I also asked about the possibility of a return in the same email. After this global test supply did not respond, even after I sent a follow-up email a week later.

Fast replies and best price on the item I needed. Only thing that would have made it 5 stars if is they offered USPS Priority Mail shipping straight to Guam for these smaller items.
