Ordered Nov 16, system says it will be shipped 2 days after, it has been almost 10 days and the date of shipping keeps on changing daily with no commitment except it will be shipped the same day from my daily follow up with their CS/chat assistance. I checked again just now and the system say it will be again shipped tomorrow- another date change . This is amidst receiving an email last morning that it will be shipped today. Frustrating.
Decent equipment, no instructions, wrong cable for using the equipment. OK support but the design where you have to disassemble the weatherproof enclosure holding the recorder or have a laptop to take to it is a pain. Also the web-site for the recorder is disorganized and unclear. It would seem like the instructions would be easy for them to have available but if they are there they are not easy to find.
