Ordered miscellaneous parts for a refrigerant leak detector. Picture very misleading because it shows a large quantity so I assumed that's what I would get. I got very little for what was paid. The worst part was I sent an email regarding being mislead and they never responded. That's horrible customer service. UPDATE Global test supply reached out to me and totally satisfied me with their actions. Updated to 4 stars
Bought refrigerant gauges from them, at the check out they have option to leave instructions for the delivery person and since we have to deal with porch pirates where we live I asked them to leave package at the clubhouse/office like we all do here. So 3-4 days later I get email with delivery notification stating "Package was left at the front door" by the time I came back home from work there was no package (assuming it was stolen) so I called them to ask why they left my package at the door when I clearly told them to leave package in the office. They answer was because if covid they (UPS) don't do person to person deliveries so they left package at the door and since I didn't request signature package was left at the door. So I asked them why I was asked to leave directions for a delivery driver if they don't follow them and why I wasn't notified about them not doing person to person deliveries and I should ask for a signature. So at the end they told me it's not their concern. Stay away from them, they willing to take your money but not work with you.
I needed new pins for my kiln and moisture meter. I easily found the item and checkout was simple. The package was processed quickly and I received the package in two days.
The order and delivery mechanism worked fine. The price however has more than doubled after Fluke bought out Raytek. Raytek was making money at $52.00, why does Fluke have to make what Raytek was making plus an additional 100%?

Customer service is terrible, you have to wait over the phone for a long period and sometimes they hang off on you. I ordered a CPS CE90I EZsmoke Leak Detection System this is a $4000 equipment. I received a defective equipment out the box. I spoke with different agents and they just passing the ball.
I chose Global Test Supply because theirs was the best price and the delivery was from stock. Very satisfied with the website. Ordering was simple.
I'm not sure if it's just me but all of these five star reviews seem very fabricated to me, Today I had my first experience with the company as somebody who wanted to purchase from themBecause I saw what I thought to be a good deal. I am $.50 away from getting free shipping on in item that is $98.50. Most companies would accommodate free shipping but not this company apparently they don't value potential customers in the least. I used their chat feature and got a very in different customer service rep who only suggested that I purchase a $10 dollar item in order to get free shipping that I don't need at all. This representative (Kevin Beatty) very kindly offered a $7.80 flashlight just so I can get free shipping. Not only is this horrible customer service but I would have much rather are paid an extra $.50 cents just to get free shipping but for some reason they couldn't accommodate anything. So now this company lost a buyer I will now much rather purchase for a higher price from Amazon then from this company because clearly they have a nonexistent customer value. Even though they may have something that seems like a good deal they are trying to frog their way into selling more products rather than accommodating for something so insignificant as $.50. Well now you guys can keep your $.50 and your $98.50. Update 3/11/21 - There response to this review proves my point about this company and lack of effort.
The worst customer service i had every had with any company. I i could take away the one star i would. Returns are impossible, getting anyone to respond to you will not happen, You need to contact them weekly for updates or else you still get nothing. I will never purchase an item from these people ever again!
I was very pleased that the company found me a new gateway for an obsolete product, actually if they could find another one I would purchase a spare.
