Communication is absolutely horrible. I ordered a Ridgid KJ 3100 jetter. I did not receive the hose reel that was in the picture. I called 3 times emailed 2 times and left a message on the website all in 1 week no response. Finally a email stating for $275 they would ship the reel. It’s been several weeks and nothing. Will never buy anything from here again

Quick easy simple order process. Good delivery time. Fair price.

I ordered a Acorn series Temperature probe. Online it said availability 3 days. I purchased on May 13th and it was supposed to arrive May 17th. I got an email saying it would be delayed and was ok with that. On May 27th I called asking for a status update on my order; they told me that the product would arrive to their facility on June 10th from the manufacturer. Basically 3 days has now turned into 30 days waiting time. I work in a lab and my last temp probe has stopped working; I could have ordered from many other places for this item and received in under 2 weeks. I'm never going to order another thing from Global Test supply again because I don't want to risk waiting 10 times longer than what they advertise the waiting period for an item is. For all I know it's a lie to get people to order from them. In fact, I think I'll cancel my order right now and I bet I could still receive it from somewhere else faster.

No human interaction but I guess that's the norm these days. Website is easy to use and my order was processed and shipped very quickly. Received the order with no issues.

I trust them. I bought what I wanted at a good price in a timely manner. I looked at Amazon and Ebay first and realized that for Mitutoyo calipers there's many counterfeit available. Being a longtime quality tech/metrologist I can tell these are legit. I'm buying a small set of gage blocks from them next.
