Laptop is great, exactly as promised. Was delivered safely, well packaged, when they said it would. Great spec. Had slight windows prob, not their fault, and the after care has been incredible. Very prompt and responsive, and sorted the issue. I am very happy and would recommend.

I ordered a refurb laptop for business use. I liked the website and the ease of ordering the specification that I wanted. The price seemed very reasonable. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't used the gadget centre before. However, there was no need to worry. I am delighted with the lap top I received, well packaged, great condition and clean. It's the fastest laptop I've ever had. Two weeks into using it now and no complaints at all. I have no hesitation in recommending the gadget centre for quality of product and service.

Arrived reasonably quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Very pleased with product so far, saved probably about 60% on equivalent new with same spec. Obviously can't comment on future performance but based on having laptop for a few weeks would definitely recommend,

At this stage, day after receipt performance is excellent. We purchased the laptop for the Benefice Administrator who will take custody of it today and set it up to hoe she wishes to use the laptop. Had my I7 16Gb 256ss laptop around a couple of weeks. Dispatch and delivery was a little slower than claimed but I was expecting that. They're clearly going through some expansion and demand issues. The laptop looks great with its wrap. I really like how its slightly chunkier than modern ones with a CD drive (I got a Toshiba shell). It works great and ultimately as long as it lasts and is reliable I believe it represents fantastic value for money. My only concern would be how the warranty would work in reality if you need it considering it seems its quite hard to get in touch with the gadget centre. I hope they're able to add a few more members of the team and improve that aspect. The processor is also quite a few years old in terms of when it was released.. but ultimately its super fast and is working great so that's why you get the price you do. I think as long as you're aware of what you're buying its a great offer and I'm looking forward to running loads of leagues on FM24 and it all processing super fast!

Update to my previous post. Gadget Centre eventually made contact with me and provided a free return post label. I had the laptop collected by Royal Mail and was able to track it to GC in Plymouth. It couldn't have been easier. Gadget Centre repaired (or replaced, I can't be certain) the laptop and it was returned within 8 days of being collected. This has restored my confidence to some extent, they dealt with the issue to my complete satisfaction and i now have a working laptop. My only negative comment remains that you can't seem to be able to contact them by phone and it takes 3 days for them to respond to an email. So at the moment I can't give them 5 stars but, on the basis they dealt with the actual issue without drama and pretty promptly I am happy to change my rating to 4 stars! Once they get the support issues resolved then they will be in a much better position. Mine arrived on Tuesday with a fault. I tried phoning only to find that because of unprecedented demand they are not answering the phones. I emailed and got an automated response to say their current response time is 1 - 3 working days so I am not at all happy. Needless to say, they have my money. So I have a faulty laptop and they don’t have the time to deal with a paying customer. Clearly they can’t cope with the demand, really makes me worry about the so called 2 year warranty I have paid for. So in all, not a happy customer!

Great laptop. Arrived in around 8 days. Well packaged and it fired up just fine. Running like a dream and fully specced up all as promised. Saved a lot compared to buying new.

Their communication is non existent. I had to prompt them after a week of purchase to ask about the tracking number. Worst of it all, the battery life of the laptop is terrible. I had Jo option that to keep it because I had sold my laptop. The laptop is as good as having a television. It doesn't retain power.
