Fabulous service - took a few days, which was fine (and completely customised with an 'extra' that I asked for in the notes), but I got an awful lot of laptop for very little money, relative to buying new. I'm really pleased with it, having used it for almost a week now. Wish that I'd bought it sooner rather than struggling on with my old one! I also liked the packaging and the warrenty. Specs are superb, exactly as advertised. Takes about 10 days from order to delivery, but given the demand for this product that is a reasonable turn around. Packaged very carefully and delivery as spot on. More than happy to buy again from this firm and happy to recommend. Well done!

Opted for the highest Spec and it still came in under £400. Arrived within 10 days and is a great bit of kit. Looks and behaves like a brand new laptop. About to handover my company laptop as I retire next month and this new laptop from the Gadget Centre will keep me going for a few more years! Always sceptical around claims made on Social Media but this company are not only reconditioning old laptops to the highest spec but following a great sustainability initiative too!

Fantastic service ordered full spec. laptop, I must admit that I didn't know what to expect, takes about 2 weeks for delivery at the moment. Great idea to refurbish laptops. Mine was a 15.6" screen, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB of storage, CD/DVD drive, 5 USB ports, fast and responsive and an added bonus was a matte screen. Three-year warranty all for just over £400, would highly recommend.

Eventually I made a decision to replace my laptop. I saw the advert from Gadget Centre and was given the opportunity to specify exactly what I required. The product arrived well wrapped and delivered by courier. The condition of the item was unbelievably good and after firing it up the performance was great. I am sure that after the service and value so far received, the warranty would surely be honoured equally as well. I am very happy with my purchase and can highly recommend Gadget Centre. I will definitely be using them again.

I have just purchased a higher specification laptop for my self. Very easy to select and build just what you want, at about ⅓ the price of a well known high street supplier who quoted me the same specification. This even includes a 3 year's warranty. I can't fault the customer service. Look forward to doing more business with you. I now need to buy one for my wife.

The laptop provided had a fault with the screen. The processor was also too old for my needs (i7, 4th generation) so I asked to return it. It took 3 days to get a reply to my first email and another 5 days to get a reply to my second email. Gadget Centre then provided me with the returns label and refunded my account the same day they received the laptop and were very gracious about the return. Overall I hope this company do well but they need to get their communication with customers much faster.
