Not happy👎 I called for several times the number provided on the website couldn't get through no one. Adviced to send an email which I did, received auto reply saying within 1-3 business day they'd contact me. Now almost one week no reply no contact nothing. Very disappointed👎👎👎

I was able to specify exactly what I wanted, and that is what I got. It can perform the tasks I require quickly without slowing down. I ordered over the Xmas break, but the service was still quick and efficient.
On looking at the alternatives for purchasing a new laptop I fortunately discovered the Gadget Centre. I am now pleased to report that I have a Lenovo laptop that looks new and has speeds both on startup and usage I could only dream of before. Happy to thoroughly recommend these guys for superb product and service.

I needed a laptop with a high specification without breaking the bank, so when I saw the Gadget Centre on Facebook, offering completely refurbished kit and very reasonable prices, and with up to 3-years no quibble guarantee, I struggled to believe it. I wasn't disappointed. The ordering process was clear. I liked their honest, no-nonsense approach. No fluffed up claims or sales pitch, just a clear statement of what one gets for one's money. I also liked that the purpose of use is asked for and that off-menu preferences can be requested. The laptop was safely packaged, arrived 1 day early, and had been thoroughly cleaned and covered in a very practical and attractive carbon-fibre vinyl. The laptop was pre-loaded with Windows 11, and every bit as fast as they said it would be. Two weeks on and with the laptop in full use, I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance. I had a couple of questions when setting things up, and these were answered promptly by email and with helpful urls to assist. I'm rarely surprised and difficult to please with things like this, so I am happy to leave a 5-star review. They have earned it. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
Their holiday period timescale for new orders was not communicated properly causing a nearly 2 week delay on my order. Their customer service was speedy in resolving this and refunding my purchase for me despite the 1-3 day reply estimate.
Was sceptical however i went all in for top spec after emailing to discuss specs. Laptop arrived in great condition and is fast. Its coping well with the demand i am placing on it 3d printing and CAD fusion 360 so i am very happy and they managed to get it to me before Christmas.

Ordered a Laptop from Gadget Centre, after reading all the positive reviews . It came lovely packaged , with details of delivery times etc. It's a great laptop, and I had Windows 365 put on it by a local computer guy, who was impressed by the spec . All in all, a great purchase !. Very happy with the service, and also purchased the 3 year guarantee. Received a lovely email weeks later stating the fact its a full guarantee, and any issues will be sorted ASAP!. Thanking me for my custom too. So thank you...I'm a happy customer. Mark
Overall, a good experience. The laptop, when received, was as requested and in excellent condition, following its refurbishment and upgrade. I was a little disappointed it took a week for mine to be shipped (many reviews had mentioned 2 or 3 days) but the end result made up for that minor issue. Overall, yes - I would recommend them.

Great laptop. It is what I ordered, much faster than my old one and it does what I want it to do. It looks and feels nice. I would recommend to my friends.
The top performance laptop, was no where what was promised. An 8yr old processor is pretty poor, the original laptop actually originally had a faster processor. The hard bit is contacting them, three emails but no reply, phone lines switched off. On the website it says not to do a charge back but lack of contact and very little information of what to do to return, doesn't make it easy not to a charge back 28th February 2024 The company did email me back and then kept in touch. They offered me replacement but the battery wasn't great, but this time I got a much better customer service. The laptops wasn't for me, sent back and refunded in given timescale. Added some stars as the service was a lot better. If they can make sure they can keep up their service with their demand , then I would recommend.
Did exactly what they said on the tin! Got a great spec laptop much cheaper than buying new, exactly to my spec, delivered to my front door. You wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't brand new. Very happy.
Ordered at the start of the week, collected at the end of the week. It was exactly the spec I was looking for and the laptop looked brand new! I thoroughly recommend these guys, you get a much higher spec laptop at a great price. Thanks so much Gadget Centre.

Lots of great reviews so I bought a laptop - on arrival it seemed great and good value for money. Then I noticed there was a problem with the screen so I tried to contact them to ask what to do: - My emails have not been replied after a week - Their phone lines are switched off due to high demand. - Their social media accounts are for marketing only (I.e. no one replies to messages) So, at the moment they have my money, I have a faulty laptop and it seems there is no way of contacting them! Not at all good. UPDATE Jan 2024: After ten days I eventually heard from them and they asked me to ship the laptop back for a new screen to be fitted - after a week or so the laptop was returned and now seemed good. I then noticed that despite specifying a Windows 11 machine when I ordered, it was actually Windows 10 which is out of support in 18 months time. I tried to upgrade it to 11 but the laptop wasn't compatible. I contacted them again and they gave me guidance which allowed me force a Windows 11 upgrade. All was now looking good again until I tried to write a rescue disk in case in case of operating system problems - Windows says it couldn't because there are files missing. I'm not 100% sure if this is their problem, but I guess it might be related to the way I had to force the laptop to install Windows 11. I've contacted them again but after several days I've not yet heard back. So, in summary - after 2 months, I THINK I have a good laptop for the money, but the whole buying experience has been very poor, and with no rescue disk, I am concerned what happens if I need to recover the system. So don't have a huge amount of faith it it and I'm afraid I still find it hard to give more than 2 stars for the laptop, support and buying experience.
