Ordered a top spec laptop for my daughter as her first gadget, it looks absolutely perfect, arrived within 2weeks and was as detailed with all the documentation they preach, definitely recommend!

Very poor. Received a computer that does not work! Have tried to contact them but the phone line gives a message that says due to staff shortages they are not answering calls. It then informs you to email them and expect a response within 24-48 hours. Now been over 4 days and no response. Extremely poor customer service. Update - the company have finally been in touch and free of charge the laptop had been collected, repaired and returned. It's now working well just a shame it took so long but they have apologised and agreed to try and improve. I appreciate as a small business this is a difficult and very busy time of year.

Love the ordering process - clear and simple. Went with top spec, with 3 years warranty and was still well-priced. Laptop arrived quickly and was ready to go out of the box. Fussy daughter decided it wasn't quite what she wanted so GC immediately offered to take it back and either refund or make bespoke changes to suit her. Superb customer service! In the end we kept it for DH, as it was far too good to send back.

The laptop was delivered in a resisting package, and it arrived on time. So far, it has run smoothly and quickly all the requirements asked. Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop. Very happy with it. I highly recommend this company.

Brilliant company! The whole experience was excellent! Laptop was a fraction of the price of new and a bonus came with none of the high street bloatware as had a fresh install of Windows 11. Laptop was delivered quickly and did everthing asked of it. Only one thing to bear in mind buying a reconditioned machine, you won't get the latest connections now being used (eg USB-C) but this is a small issue and not an inconvenience at all if you are already using an older machine

The ordering process was easy, the options were simple to understand. The prices are good and the refurbishment / upgrade standard is as new. The equipment does exactly what it said on the tin and has been set up to spec. It's nice to know the upgraded laptop is bring reused rather than discarded. The only improvement I'd like to see is in communication post-order as I couldn't contact anyone on the phone but my order was delivered as promised so all's well tgat ends well.
