We cannot praise the staff at the Barnstaple branch enough. Paul J gave us lots of good advice and even allowed us to take their samples home overnight to ensure we selected the right colour for our new sofa.

Was skeptical at first visiting the Barnstaple branch, expecting pushy salespeople, however couldn’t be further from the truth!. We were after a pair of sofas, and they had a great selection. We spoke to Martin and he was extremely helpful, once we decided what we were after he did his best to source them for us. We manage to collect one on the day and the other sofa will be arriving next week. Excellent value for money and was surprised by the quality. Will definitely be using this store again.

We were looking for a new dining suite and were looked after by David at the Barnstaple branch he was very helpful with his knowledge and expertise in helping us to choose (and the use of his tape measure frequently! ) it was a very pleasurable experience

We had previously visited the store the week before and came back to purchase a sofa. We were greeted by the friendly Paul J in our local Barnstaple store, who was most helpful through our selection process. So much to choose from in this beautiful shop, their selection's phenomenal and highly recommend a visit to see for yourself! We were stuck between 2 sofa's that caught our eye and after alot deliberation, sitting and laying! We finally decided on 'The Cloud' Sofa, a luxurious, plush and most comfortable sofa we've ever sat on! Big thank you to Paul. We will be back soon!

After a visit to the Barnstaple store today we found our perfect Sofa, and with the current sale prices, we got it for a great price. Martin was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make our shopping experience a pleasant one.

On arrival at the Barnstaple store, Martin kindly pointed out the lift to us without being asked. Martin was extremely helpful. I had chosen a bedside cabinet but there was only one and I wanted two. Martin ordered the second one for us and carried the other out to our car. Great service

Was in the Barnstaple branch today and not knowing what I was looking for and Martin who served me went above and beyond to the point I had made my choice as I didn’t see the sofa I wanted on the shop floor to which after I had ordered my sofa I found the original one I wanted online and he went beyond I could ask for and managed to get it in the same material I had seen on another sofa and changed my order there and then he is a credit to the store and the manager all very friendly and welcomed me including my 1 year old daughter thank you so much again Martin for making choosing a sofa enjoyable

We visited the barnstaple store on Sunday to order furniture for our new house. We we're served by Paul J who was very helpful in answering our questions and ordering everything for us. All other staff we're really friendly and very welcoming to the store. The experience was really smooth from looking at the furniture to placing our order. Would definitely reccomend this store.

Great Service, professional and efficient

It was a awesome visit , bought a dining table set with 8 seats, the salesman Tim was excellent. Overall we are happy to visit there.
