Just moved into a new house and needed a bed delivering quickly because our daughter was coming to stop. David Littlejohns at FW Homestores, Barnstaple, showed us our options and arranged for delivery of our chosen bed on Saturday. Brilliant service and great showrooms with parking outside.

Myself and my partner went into the Newport store, we were approached by Llewelyn. He offered us assistance but there was no pressure felt by ourselves, he left us to circle around as many times as we want and we gave him a shout when needed. Once we chose our sofa he helped us customise and did not pressure us into buying any add ons. He was very helpful.

Tom and Martyn were really helpful and the whole experience was really relaxed.

Visited the Barnstaple store and was served by David.He was very helpful and offered us good advice when we asked.We are very pleased with our purchase and the service we received.

Great range of furnitures in Barnstaple went in for a new sofa was allowed to browse without feeling pressure when I had questions the sale clerk Paul J was easy to find and was approachable and helpful I did feel like they was a little bit to laid back with transition from I thinking of buying a sofa to finding out the next steps to getting on but i believe we got a good sale a great value for money with the sale that they had only

Popped into the Barnstaple store where we were greeted by David. We were left alone to browse with no pressure which is always a bonus. Intended to try out some recliner chairs but there was such a lovely selection and 20% off + another 5% for being a returning customer so I decided to purchase a full suit. David was very helpful. Highly recommended and such a lovely store we were even given popcorn 😀

Highly recommend FW Stores cardiff, bought a new sofa from Ian recently, couldn't have been more helpful, really nice dealing with someone who wasn't pushing for a sale & took time to explain everything. My mum also bought a new sofa this weekend from Tim, again customer service was excellent, he was very patient & understanding of her requirements. Think more businesses should take this approach to their customers

We popped in to look at dining chairs and could not decide on two particular styles - we were very indecisive and Martin (Barnstaple) was incredibly patient, helpful and did not rush us.

Andrew and Llewelyn were extremely helpful when finding the sofa that I wanted. They went out of their way to look online and find one similar to my mother’s that was discontinued. A great experience at Newport store!

Popped in a couple times to the Barnstaple Branch before purchase, saw Martin both times and spoke to other members of staff. Not pushy but helpful with their advice. We made the order with Martin and look forward to our delivery in due course.

Ordered tables 14 weeks ago and still no sign of them. Was told by the sales person 2 weeks originally and then he said maybe 4. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting told different things. Absolutely no communication from FW either. Wouldn’t have purchased if we’d have known. Their website currently says 4-6 weeks for the tables we bought.

So awful - ordered tables mid-February and told 2-4 weeks wait and it’s now end of May and still no sign of them even though we’ve called multiple times. Always told “not our problem - it’s down to the supplier” - staff not the slightest bit helpful, just trying to get sales over the line and then cover it up with lies
