We were allowed to browse in our time. As we browsed and had a questions we were able to ask and then continue to browse. Checkout was easy and Andrew explained all the stages of delivery and after care for our new sofa. We would happily return to this Newport store in the future

Never visited FW Homestores before considering we lived in the area a long time. Wish we had. We visited on a Sunday morning. Had a lovely welcome, only few other customers in there, when we entered the store. Was given some advice re sale prices. Store was very big, lots of choice of various furniture items all reasonable priced. We went in looking for a sofa and found one we liked. Dave noticed this and wasn't pushy with the sale, gave us some informative information. We perused the store and had another look. Ended up buying it and look forward to the delivery. We had initially been looking at DFS and sofology for a sofa and liked their 0% offer. FW Homestores offer the same 0% and I felt sofas were of equal value and quality possible better in some cases. The purchase was quick and easy process, given the price, quality, sales staff is why we ended up purchasing a 3 seater sofa and a chair. Thank you.

Ordered the Olympia gloss, extendable table. Arrived quickly and efficiently from the 2 man team. Table is so heavy and really good quality for such a reasonable price. Absolutely beautiful, I love it! Mike gave great customer service when I got In touch about a minor issue. Thanks Mike.

Fantastic service received from the lovely Tracey at Newport. My husband and I browsed the great collection of furniture in the store While enjoying some coffee and popcorn 🍿. Tracey helped us make a decision from being indecisive with her knowledge of the items. We finally bought a lovely sofa set which was on a fanatic offer at the time. I totally recommend the store and Tracey’s service. We will definitely go back.

Good morning, I visited my Barnstaple store today to have a look around, to my surprise there were many good quality sets of furniture. As I looked around i saw the cheltenham oak furniture which i decided to purchase. I was approached by a member of staff, hes name was paul He was most helpful and very polite, and couldent do enough for me. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family to visit this store.
