My mum has had an accident and fractured her spine. We had to make our dining a room into a bedroom for her using our bed from upstairs. The salesman Martin was really helpful, especially offering the option of fw delivering and fitting the new bed as my partner is having surgery on Wednesday and can not lift anything for 6 weeks. The employee tom at caerphilly store who helped me didnt hang around he offered us cups of coffee/tea while browsing...he explained the deals and left us to browse at our own pace! We recently received the Olympic Grey Gloss extendable table and 6 chairs in Teal, Grey & Mustard. We were fully informed from both FW Homestores and the delivery company. The furniture was delivered more or less the time we were quoted. We live in Kent so quite a distance. The delivery company kept us updated and was spot on with their delivery time. The only issue we had was the two teal chairs looked like display chairs as the feet on both looked like they had been pushed back and forth on the floor, where as the others were all perfect. We rang immediately where we were informed to email customer service with pictures. Being a Saturday we did not expect to get a response on a weekend but within in the hour Mike responded. It was dealt with and they were replaced asap. Excellent service. The table and chairs are of excellent quality and absolutely Solid. They are easy to assemble and simple to extend. We absolutely love them. Would definitely recommend FW Homestores

Struggled to find a rug I liked online, popped in and come out with one on order that I’m pleased with, also a mirror for the wall too. Dealt with by Martin from the Barnstaple store.
