Sofa is poor quality, poor comfort and not as big as was listed. I opened one box and put it straight back in. Says hassle free returns but I’ve been trying to contact Furco via phone and email for 2 weeks and they don’t reply or answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. *Update* I wrote this review in 2021 and they have just replied to resolve my issue in 2024. I had to go through my bank in 2021 to get a refund. Don’t waste your time and money.

Been waiting for two weeks past the order date and when finally delivered we get the wrong parts for our sofa. They don’t answer the phones or respond to emails we now have a sofa that is no use to us.

The site is very easy to navigate around and the products are classy and elegant. The company are very responsive on email and are helpful with queries. Really recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. An absolute disgrace of a 'company'. I ordered on 3/8/21. Heard nothing for weeks. Tried contacting their customer service on multiple occasions and have just been IGNORED. I only managed to cancel the order when contacting snap finance who cancelled for me. I'm now on the search for a company that actually values their customers. Absolute shambles.

Completely fake company AVOID AVOID AVOID customer service is non existent, ordered 2 sofas for 5-7 day delivery waited 21 days then emailed and cancelled, now they are trying to charge me 90 quid for the courier that never arrived. Wish I had read reviews before as company is BS. Will be taking them to court for the 90,

Finally had a resolution to my problems with this joke of a company, but only thanks to PayPal. Here's my advice to anyone thinking of buying from Furco: 1. Don't. 2. Beware of fake 5* reviews on TrustPilot and Google. It's so obvious that they're fake. No company consistently gets only 1* or 5*. I would take them all with a pinch of salt. 3. Don't believe the delivery times. They're stated as faster than they really are, purely so that they get the sale against other companies – but they're not accurate. Your order will be late. 4. If you want to cancel your order, they'll deliver it anyway so that they can then charge you £99 to collect it. Best just not to order in the first place. Here's my advice to anyone who's being refused a refund: 1. Every time you ring, they'll say they'll get back to you, but they won't. Don't believe what they say; it's all a lie to get you off their back. 2. If you paid through PayPal, raise a case with them against Furco. Provide all the details, including screenshots of all emails. They got me my money back. 3. Don't be afraid to go to the consumer ombudsman or small claims court to pursue this further; this company do not have a leg to stand on.
