When we arrived at the hotel, we were told, that they don‘t know, if they have a room for us. Eventhough we had paid for two rooms and two nights already. We were surprised and angry. At the end we received the room. The hotel was not very clean what surprises for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel took extra charge when we arriwed- I haven’t got that information before. I payed the whole sum at home whit my card. The hotel said that we couldnt have the room whitout pay !!! Bad service, Arrogant tone. We couldnt buy breakfast at the restaurant and they couldnt say why ? Not a nice service a bad treatment at the hotel

There were som problems with the booking when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and they managed to find a better hotel than the one, we had booked at first. So we were very lucky.

There where some trouble with our booking. We booked our rooms in may, we should go go Prag in october. One week before our trip I've got a mail that the hotel that we first got booking confirmation from, was fullbooked and that we had to change to another hotel. The alternative we've got from Flix was also overbooked. After that we've got a third suggestion about a hotel and we've got it. That ses a nice hotel, Hilton, but the voice from a drill was not nice to hear. Otherwise a nice place to be

Bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Centralt läge i Nerja. Nära till stranden.

I booked my hotel room earlier during the year (through a different provider). But much later on the price dropped, I opted to re-book my room at a discount price and this site saved me a lot of time and hustle and money.

Flixhotels has already debited my credit card at the time of booking the quoted price of the accommodation I was staying at Hotel Circus Circus, Las Vegas. However, the hotel still charged their fees plus tax, which I had to pay on check out. Flixhotels has not credited its fees. Not very happy with the arrangement and communication.

Despite the room being advertised as refundable, I was unable to come to any kind of arrangement when I had to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances as my train wasn’t cancelled as a result of flooding. I contacted the hotel to inform them that I had to cancel, and was told then that I would still have to pay the full amount for a room I would never set foot into. Poor management of a frustrating situation.
