Over booked rooms for me. Only booked 2 but reception said I Had 4 rooms. Obviously wrong. I paid for 2 only in full when booked. Waste of half hour at reception. Room was poor. Shower squirted. Not great.

Very happy with our visit to the Lux Mar Apartments Benidorm over the New Year. It was quieter than we expected at this time of year.

I think this whole process of reservation is a sham. I booked four nights in a hotel in Las Vegas and had to return home leaving two days early. I tried to get a refund from the reservation process and was not able to obtain it. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.!

Not so nice to answer in deutch No answer at all when I have quvestions. Direcly I have to pay twp month before my Journey. I wish everything in swedish. Nerver again Thank you

Schöne Hotel Anlage. Mehrere pools. Genügend Liegen an den pools vorhanden. Essen reichlich und schmeckt. Strände top.

First I got information that the agent in USA by misstake had canceled the reservation, and I got two different (really) bad hotels to choose as a replacement. I objected to the suggestion and sent a long list with hotels that I could accept, and after about a week Flixhotels had made a reservation with one of the hotels on my list - veru well handled!

Gutes Preis/Leistungsniveau, Frühstück sehr gut aber zu teuer, Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Terrible condition of hotel. Pests in restroom. When we booked there was no resort fee. Thats why we booked. On the day we went to check in the hotel charged us resort fee. will never book again through Flixhotels. We were duped.

Very good. It would be nice though to have a quiet lounge just for reading.

I searched for hotel on Trivago, which directed me to Flixhotels. First I needed to make a profile, before I could book the hotel, even though I was already logged in Trivago. After creating the profile it was easy to use. Easy access to all information about hotel and the booking. I will use the site with confidence on my next bookings.

Los servicios del hotel fueron buenos en general. Sin embargo, no se contrató el desayuno debido a que algunos días se tomaría fuera. El segundo día, mientras tomaba el desayuno, personal del hotel muy descortésmente me dijeron que no estaba incluido y me invitaron a retirarme del comedor. Por supuesto, no volví a tomar ningún desayuno más allí, y al salir pagué el desayuno del primer día. Escribo en nombre del pasajero para el que reservé el hotel
